And in gymnastics there is strength elements which are harder Zanetti (Carmona, Tulloch, Rodrigies). Sorry for my bad english.
My goal is to be able to do Zanetti, currently a couple months into training Planche and I’m able to straddle for a few seconds. See you all in a few years when I reach my goal and post it on TH-cam 😂🤘🏽
The pressure is on the upper part of the finger where the finger meets the hand. Doing it without bottle makes pressure mostly on the joints in the lower finger. That's why it's way more harder without a bottle. Of course it is still very impressive and hard af dont think I'm hating.
These people abilities are basically a big "fuck you" to the gravity. I'm proud of my freestanding handstand progression but i don't think i would be able to achieve at least one of these skills any time soon. 😂

These are so hard and require so many different muscles you’re basically using your whole body at the same time and it’s so hard that it’s not that practical you better off sticking to your planche push ups and hand stand push ups except those are probably too easy for these people lol

Eh close to impossible is supposed to be impossible unless you can somehow overcome the torque, which can be achieved if you cut off your lower half of your body, but otherwise its impossible. The torque will always bring you back.
Some people will still not understand how difficult these moves are to tackle.

Manuel Caruso can do archer wide front pull up, front touch with straight arms and front lever to Victorian with traigjt arms(Zanetti reverse)
Front lever to victorian is called Caruso for a reason xd
Also he can do Victorian cross-bounce front lever-Victorian cross (this movement also calls Caruso)
For the full reverse Zanetti.... he needs to end it with a reverse Planche..... I've never seen it yet.

Zanetti is a back lever to a maltese, the back lever all the Way to the full planche is a vang galder wich is easyer than a Zanetti
Van Gelder is with bounce in back lever
Zanetti can also be back lever to full planche, but unlike the Van gelder u have to hold the iso in back lever instead of bouncing back up.
