When I was learning front lever, I concentrated on perfect form, so I could hold the same way you do on 4:38, but only for a few seconds. I've got a pain within my shoulder range, so now is fourth day of my rest. I could fixate one second of wide reverse grip front lever, and I'm gotta improve. Got more motivation from your vid. Thanks bud
@@street-workoutnation2964 me too man, working on it for almost 9 months... Still cant hold it. I have big legs too, not that tall (179cm and 77kg) but everytime I see someone unlocking full front after 2-3 months, I think what am I doing wrong.... A perfect example of perseverance with the technique. People who are new to calisthenics, always remember- One skill at time Never try to learn multiple skills at the same time. If you are learning front lever, stick with it. Don't try to learn plance or any other skill that involves stressing your shoulder
It might take you a litle bit longer but theres nothing bad in training front lever and planche simultaneously. Its a more balanced way aswell of training since your doing push and pull, so you dont creat inbalances
I always try to change the exercises for the workouts and improve my form, so I don' t have a specific routine... For the FL touch I did touch holds in advanced tuck and just kept going hard with the isometrics. Try also the FL touch full with high feets and also with loopbands to understand the final form. 15sec front is a great result man, Good luck for the touch! 💪🏼
Thank you man🙏🏼 Yes, in the beginning I was practicing it almost everyday for about 30-45 min. Obviously the days when I felt a strong back pain, I avoided training front lever and back muscle in general, cause those rest days are fundamental to build strenght. Good luck with your trainings!

Took me 1.5 years because I’m tall and have heavy legs. And there’s some people who get full ROM FLPU in 3 months

Does the straddle front lever help you to achieve the full front lever hold ?
Solid

could you share your training regime to get to the first full one?
Did you do sport during your transformation?
What exactly?
No, not during my transformation. But I used to play football before starting calisthenics.

Ehi ciao innanzi tutto complimenti grandissimo seconda cosa oltre ai primi 4 pull ups cosa sapevi fare prima di iniziare di allenarla?
Grazie!! Di tirata sapevo fare veramente poco.. Appunto 4 trazioni e 15-20 trazioni Australiane, di spinta tuck planche, verticale e 20-30 pushups
Hey man, how often did you train your front lever in your workout regime. trying to get the front lever, but stuck at adv. tuck. thnxs man.
In the beginning I was training it almost every day. Try to work on some dynamics, admit you are not doing em yet
Can you do one arm pull ups? If so did you get it from just training front lever ?
No I can't, as I never trained for it
How often did you learn that per week?

La dragon flag la facevo pochissime volte, ma credo sia un buon complementare per il front lever, soprattutto se fatta a braccia tese
How many Pull-ups you are able to do now?
Around 26
Did you training weighted pull up tho?!
Very few times
