I know its ticky tack, but it just occurred to me, that you would think the Twins would have known who Candy was and who her father was. Considering how important her father was to the overall plans for Cobra Island and that was really hinted at last issue. Which has nothing to do with the great job you guys are doing. Just....a thought about the issue I had to get down.
I had a couple of thoughts about that....first, that Candy was really a double agent. Even at the end of this issue, Gung Ho is saying 'It's like the Cobras KNEW we were coming!". Almost indicating that someone tipped them off. That's never ultimately revealed in the comics and (spoiler) eventually Candy gets killed, so we never really get her full story. But it would have been a perfect way to infiltrate the Joes. On a different note, maybe her father just did a REALLY good job of hiding her? Either way...thanks for watching!
@@dshay7gamingandcomics I don't think she's a double agent. Her father could have been using her without thinking she'd be harmed. Cobra doesn't care about her, of course- but they needed him.
Excellent work as always, watched the whole series till now. One thing I wonder, where do you guys source the music from? Because I swear some tracks are from White Bat Audio aka Karl Casey Also, cant wait for the next installment. Keep it up!
Thanks so much, glad you're enjoying it! And there's not really a 'you guys'...it's just one guy making this with a few others lending their voices from time to time. Just wanted to clarify that. I license music from a website that specializes in tracks for TH-cam. Most of them are not well known artists, just composers who create instrumental tracks for all kinds of use.
@@dshay7gamingandcomics I see. That must be a load of work, but you still found the perfect fitting voices for everyone, so good job in that. Also, interesting about the music, I do know a few auto generated channels here on TH-cam that do Royalty free music with common attributable licenses and White Bat Audio is one of them, that is why I was wondering. Anyway, keep it up! You are doing an amazing job.
Thank you! You guys do such a great job. It's like reliving reading these comics for the 1st time and rereading them with your friends over and over.
Thank you! Happy to hear that it brings you back to childhood…it does for me while making them!
Bravo folks. These keep getting better and better. Love it.
Thanks so much! Really appreciate your encouragement!

Or maybe they aren’t paying close attention because Candy isn’t the twins “type” 😉
Excellent work. The twins voice is spot on.
Thanks for watching!
Another great classic Joe issue come to life! Thank you ….poor Candy and Ripcord - it doesn’t end well
Thanks for watching! And yeah…unfortunately not every romance has a Hallmark ending.
True but most don’t end when a rocket blows up the car one of the partners was inside after a ninja master gave his life to block the first rocket
Another great issue. Thanks to you and the team for putting this together.
Thank you! So glad you enjoyed it!

Actually, there was an animated commercial for this issue back in the day!
Nice! I remember those. I thought they were actually cooler than the GI Joe Cartoon!
@@dshay7gamingandcomics Lol, I actually loved the cartoon series even more because of the commercials!!
What effect did you use for Tomax or Xamot's voice?
Effect? That's just how telepathic twins sound! :) I put some slight oscillation on thier voices while they spoke to each other telepathically.
@@dshay7gamingandcomics love it!
O my god !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😎😎😎😎
Is that a compliment?
