The Spot ETFs are here now and are creating a buzz in the market, effecting a big change. w/ the 'halving' that has taken place, should one still get into bticoin diverting from traditional investing and DCA

Don’t be confuse buying the dip in a bear market, with guaranteed future returns. Just because that company is down 60%+ from ATH does NOT make it a sound long-term investment. Make sure you’re investing in great companies. kudos to Christen wilburn

Bitcoin doesn't need the ETFs. The ETF providers need Bitcoin.
Very much agree. And going further, they wanted Bitcoin etf's as a new way to exploit those who are still stuck in, and probably still believe in, the dirty fiat system. This guy has extremely limited understanding of what Bitcoin is actually about.
Exactly. Also, "not your keys, not your cheese." When people learn and discover BTC on their own wallets. Price will rise much, and I still wont sell.
No one needs Bitcoin other than the people that already own it.
@@HC-sb1ru or the people that want gold, without the flaws. Gold needed to be papered over (fiat) to make it more divisible, portable, transferable. Bitcoin is better than gold and fiat at all of these. Not to mention it’s more secure than your identity.

(i have never owned an ETF, and while the passive funds with low fees make a lot of sense, to me my interest in life itself fades if someone else takes control; so i will just make my own decisions, however bad, on the equity market.
Ten years from now someone will say I wish I would have started earlier.

Great interview. While I can see how someone could think Bitcoin belongs in the "hot sauce" bucket I believe it is on its way to join stocks and bonds in the 60-40 portfolio.

at 3:50 Within 3 months the ETF inflows reached a level, they/Eric predicted to happen only after 12 months. That tells me they/Eric are not bullish enough on Bitcoin.
Active managers only have themselves to blame for their decline- because they hugged indices and were really closet passive managers.

Which country will be next to not have principal and interest paid on the Us bonds they own. Sovereign risks are on the rise, will hurt the US$ and put a rocket up XAU, BTC etc?? Macroeconomic sentiment logically, should be extremely bearish rn, but this isn't yet reflected in speculative markets. There is a parallel however between AI investment/growth, and tradfi acceptance of BTC happening, which often goes unmentioned these days; the underlying structure of The Internet, of the very platform we're viewing this content on, is concerningly dysfunctional, and financially corrupt, while also serving as the primary financial rails of global trade. Decentralized cryptographic technology is much more significant than whether or not it makes an effective investment class of assets.
Ok, I am sold. I will HODL my AMSGTTM for the long haul.

Say i want to DCA and buy 10 percent of a Bitcoin at a time. Does anyone know how much in fees I'd pay on an exchange? Someone told me its like $400 every transaction right now. My question is this true. Can anyone answer this question. Pleas and thank you.
Most exchanges fee are less than 1%. Google is your friend.
Coinbase One. It’s like $30 per month or so and gives a very low fee/no cost for buying

If you want to be a sovereign individual you own the Bitcoin....If you want to be played by the fiat system of central banks and governments buy the ETF.
My observations as someone who owns BTC, stocks, bonds, commodities.
1.) BTC has never gone through a real recession like 2008, 2001, 1990-91, 1980, 1982, 1974. The plandemic of 2020 was not a real recession it was an artificial recession created by govt actions.
2.) BTC tracks the stock market, but in an exaggerated way.
3.) The nearest comparison to BTC I can find are baseball/sport trading cards and/or Pokeman cards.

The same halvings and the same miners.

What happened to A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System ? BTC with small blocks requires L2 payment rails which ironically is the exact opposite reason that Satoshi created Bitcoin.

Don't confuse an electronic, ephemeral flash in the pan with an "asset". Bitcoin (doomed to suffer destruction from governments) is a fine trading vehicle, but that's all. And by the way, people who, by default buy ETFs are lazy. Why not do the research, and pick out the best stocks from an ETF and buy a basket of those?
Eric, where did you get the idea that you have to memorize your seed phrase? You don't need to memorize your seed whatsoever. A seed is just 12/24 words. You can write those words onto anything you want. You can even split them up. You can let your imagination go wild. Read a book instead of CCN.
I have been in the space for a while. Been listening for 25 minutes here. He really is trying to sell these ETFs. All these ETFs is going to sh!t themselves when Bitcoin drops 93%. This sounds oversold. When everyone is sure it is going up is when it crashes.

Depends on your finances . 1000$ in Solana is 4000 AMSGTTM if it goes to 50% of ath in 2024 thats a 600% gain. If it goes equal to ath . Its a 1200% gain.
