Yes sir Dale , that chain has definitely has seen better days . Looking forward to your next video sir . Take care.
So glad you are showing us how you do this!! Some of us are brand new....to jeeping.
I'm so glad it's helpful! It's not too hard if you do your research and go so by step 👍🏽
Been doing all the maintenance on my 93 YJ thanks to your videos! It’s crazy that literally the same day my Jeep started making the transfer case slap you uploaded the original video! Thanks for everything man! Keep up the amazing work!
Yeah, I just bought my jeep YJ and started to do a lot of maintenance by myself at home. Thanks for the videos so helpful and entertaining keep up the good work man.
You're welcome! Glad you find them helpful
The chain slapping is one of the many sounds Im dealing with. thanks for the video, looking forward to learning more.
Just a idea but this would be a good time to do a slip yoke eliminator but that would cause you to get a new drive shaft. As I said just a idea. Thanks for the videos.
.
Good video ! Thanks
Looking forward to your next video! I think I need to go in and replace some seals on mine. Unfortunately it sits a lot.
Top class video my friend.
Have a great weekend.
Thank you! You as well
Nice to see you get your hands dirty like the rest of us, usually I see you put on the gloves. Great it appears its just a loose chain as the problem.
Haha! Yeah. Sometimes I wear gloves. Sometimes not. Not sure what my rhyme or reason is... I don't mind some grease and dirt. But I do try to avoid getting chemicals on my skin
I watch all your videos, I am wondering if you know where I can get an O-ring for the speedometer cable that goes into the transfer case. On my 94YJ 2.5 manual transmission.
I see a South Bend Clutch sign in your garage. are you close to SB?
Hey a year ago you made a video on bleeding a xj clutch a easy way... I did what you did in the video but the fluid never went down or bubbled. Would that mean the slave cylinder needs to be replaced?
This should be good. I've got an np 231
Very cool! I hope it's helpful. Chain here looks suspicious
How did you get the shift lever off?
How many miles on the T case. Usually over 125 k miles the chain starts slapping on several T cases.
Are you just going to do a standard rebuild or will you be upgrading?
Yeah. Just a standard rebuild on this one
