"its all the time I need to do what I have to do." On 12-24-1995, Dean was invited to his ex wives Christmas eve party which was at her home, just down the street from Dean's home. He decided to stay in and listen to Christmas music and watch westerns later that night. He passed away @ 3:15am on Christmas morning, the exact same time in the morning his mother passed away, 30yrs prior. His ex wife laid w him till they had to remove his body from his bed room, to the morgue. Dean Martin was 78yrs old. May he RIP.

Now if we had decided to play instruments, exhaust the use of auto-tune software, and target preteen girls in the way that "One Direction" and Justin Bieber do, we would have been famous. The musical tastes of society are changing, and while I do not judge individuals based on their musical tastes, I do regret to see the Great Jazz Age slowly fade into the history books.

I think it's more to do with the atmosphere that surrounds the music. Most music during martins time was pure and clean hearted, so that adds a sort of clarity to listeners cause it reminds them of a kinder time.
