I've been gaslighted so much trough the years that I don't believe myself when the pain is low. Tomorrow I have a rheumatologist appointment for the first time and I'm so afraid I will be told it's nothing without even lookin at me or listening me again.

Biofeedback therapy is so amazing i thought about getting my license 😊. I may still. I'm 43 and no kids and single. So, yeah we need more of that type of therapeutic. And psychedelics.

I don't sell or get incentivized for saying this, but with leg cramps, spasms, burning, the “Doctor’s best” high absorption (lysinate glycinate) magnesium from Amazon works well. It is an easy absorption of magnesium. It's a lot different than regular magnesium pills. I've tried it all. Thanks. Cindee from Tallahassee Fl.😊

Great overview Danielle! Thanks as always for making sense out of such a complicated and misunderstood condition. I’ve been experiencing some relief from taking a very low dose of Naltrexone 4.5mg is a typical dose for most patients. There’s lots of research on the benefits for pain and inflammation, hope this helps others. I too hate the wind ugh - what’s up Mother Nature?

Hi Mark! Thank you as always for commenting and lifting me up :) LDN is yet another topic that's on my list to potentially cover. I have adults as well as kids who are taking this for various conditions and it's making a notable difference. Most of the kids I have on it are taking it to help with PANS/PANDAS (pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric associated strep infections). Hope to see you on the live this Wednesday. Now that I say that I hope to see myself on the live this week lol. Kids home from college seriously throws a wrench (in the best way) in my schedule lol.

😅 enjoyed the bloopers at the end 😀. I have fully body burning 🔥. It's been 15 yrs and I don't know if its small fiber neuropathy from platinum chemo 15 yrs ago, or if it's fibro. I have no pain management, because nothing has helped. I haven't tried biofeedback, so perhaps I should.

Ketamine therapy? I am in COLORADO. I have been thinking about it. I have fibromyalgia, Sleep Apnea, Chiari type 1 malformation, 3 bulging discs in spine, and several other diagnoses. I decided in 2019 to get the gastric bypass surgery to help the fibromyalgia and sleep apnea. Did not work. My fibromyalgia and sleep apnea are worse and have high blood pressure ( which is not being treated because they think it related to the pain).

Hi tiffany! I'm on the east coast so unfortunately I'm not familiar with pain clinics that might be available in your area. That said, I'd start with asking your primary for a recommendation and go from there. I did a video on ketamine which may help:

    Hello,
What do you think are the most effective physical therapy devices for stimulating nerve cells in the feet damaged by diabetes. This is considering that supplements and minerals alone cannot repair nerve damage.

The best advice is to manage your sleep and stress
I went to Pain Rehab years ago at Brooks rehab. I cannot tell you how much learning about pain and stress helped so much. Stress and trauma can make us sick. I would love to talk to any fibro folks
We need to talk more and it's almost our day. May 5th I believe.

@@lucidmed3343 I would really love to hear about that conversation from your perspective. All I know is in a comment I cannot express how many different levels and the insidiousness of what he is teaching can be dangerous I don't mean dangerous as in you're going to be stabbed no I mean emotionally dangerous because when things don't work you're going to blame yourself because that is the outcome of what he's teaching you are in charge and so if you're in charge and you don't heal then that's actually your fault. We could go on and on about this all the levels that actually get touched when you follow somebody that says you have manifested this therefore you can unmanifest this that's a big burden for something that isn't true. PLEASE DANIELLE FORGIVE ME BECAUSE MY PHONE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO GO BACK AND GRAMMATICALLY CLEAN UP THIS REPLY TO YOU. I HOPE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND AND FIGURE OUT WHERE PERIODS SHOULD BE AND, SHOULD BE.
