Isnt that blue nozzle a 1.5 gallon per minute nozzle. Would think that nozzle would be limiting your max flow rate.

Only good for heavier and soil targeted liquid products. For foliar herbicide you'd need a far finer mist covering turf more evenly to apply product for optimum effect.

I use it for pre emergents, humic acid, things of that sort.

I think the video cut before showing which setting put out 1gpm. Was is setting 3?

Yes 3. But I would test yourself just to make sure different pumps don’t put out different amounts

It doesn’t spray very far. You would be better with a tip and wand

Thanks for the great idea adapting the skid sprayer onto the flow zone. I want to do the same to mine. Do you happen to know the thread size for the reducer. Where did you find it. Thanks

@The Southern Reel Mower gotcha I did the same at a place I get hydraulic hoses made he couldnt find any thing to adapt. Probably will cut the end off and have him crimp a 3/4 end into the hose.

The Lesco gun is a 3/4 and the FZ attachment is slightly larger than 3/8's". I reduced from 3/4 to 1/2 to 3/8's and then wrapped the 3/8's with plumbers tape. Hoping it works.

Do you have a parts list for your Lesco adapter?

I don’t. Sorry. I just went to a hardware store and brought the lesco gun with me to match up the different fittings needed

The Lesco gun is a 3/4 and the FZ attachment is slightly larger than 3/8's". I reduced from 3/4 to 1/2 to 3/8's and then wrapped the 3/8's with plumbers tape. Hoping it works.

That spray pattern is too big. It might be good for fertilizer but for foliar applications it would be terrible. Teejets are better than that for most foliar applications. Also they have a 110 degree spray pattern so you don't need to wave it around like that.

Spray pattern is too big? This gun is used by 90% of lawn care company’s out there. Lesco really set the standard with this gun.
