How to make a custom wood whistle. I collected some wood from my property for a wood whistle. I also custom made a train whistle and a referee whistle. Need a dow but short on time? Make your own dowling jig! This was the most fun I've had yet as I was paying homage to my pops, the Wood Whistler!

Thanks for the child hood memories, we used to cut five. Or six inch stalks of the grain stalks after the harvests and one could have a handful of whistles all made in a half hour or so as we walked home.

For tonal pleasantries, try using lengths like "6, 4,, 2, 1" or "6, 4, 3, 2, 1"
6 & 3 are an octave a part, and 4, 2, and 1 are octaves apart....
I hope I have recalled my physics and music theory. Feel free to correct me. correctly.
