Where I’m at on my keto journey is that of not giving up, and I realize somethings take time. Every one of us is different and what may work for one, really fast, will still work for another, but it may be at a slower pace. The important thing is to realize that this is an individual journey and time is needed to heal and improve. When you’re working with natural healing it’s your body repairing itself which takes time. If you’re 16 years old to 100 for most health problems it took time to get where you’re at health wise. So as you improve remember you’re improving from the inside out and we cannot see all the healing. Plus as you improve other things may become apparent that we’re not so obvious before because something else was worse. So as we heal we may need to make adjustments. I’ve found this to be my case. I’m in relatively good health, but there are things as I age that are becoming more apparent and so I need to adjust. Anyway, this is just a thought some might want to keep in mind.

Hi Dr. Berg, I am discovering that parasites are a huge root cause of so many diseases and inflammation, and it seems to not be discussed much in the medical industry. Yet, they are responsible for the most deaths in the world! Even right here in our country, but they are referred to as other ailments like, heart disease, or lung disease etc. I was wondering what your opinion is on parasites. I have had some chronic conditions that have spanned over 10 years, and I just started an intense parasite cleanse 5 days ago, and i am already astounded by what is leaving my body and how I feel in such a short time. My mind is even working totally different. My vision is better. Also, I am all organic, and mostly vegetarian the past 5 years. So I have a feeling this spans way way back. Any advice or warnings on detoxing parasites?

here's several suggestions for ways to treat sarcoidosis
Consider adjusting your Diet - In some cases sarcoidosis has been associated with celiac disease, such as a reaction to certain protein chains commonly referred to as glutens found in cereal grains such as wheat.
You could also try different Natural supplements, herbs, and vitamins
Also the use of anti-oxidants and natural anti-inflammatory supplements could be of benefit.
(I read these and why they work from Remission Crusher Tactic website )

Kris Marie can you tell me what you used for a parasite flush and how it's working. I have parasites and so does my daughter. She's been worst effected. She hasn't been able to go to school for 4 years. She has a headache we can't stop. Even ended up in hospital for months. We need help.

Kris Marie Hello Kris, fight parasites with Black Seeds (Nigella Sativa) they have very strong flavor. in Uzbekistan we use these seeds, then Indians do , and then i heard that it is actually getting very popular in Europe and America as oil. I soak them to soften them, and chew after meal, another thing is that you dont want sweets after the seeds. Parasites in kids we give seeds with honey . Pumpkin seed are working as well , if you get organic.

The past couple years I've been in chronic pain after work and exhausted all the time. I've worked construction my whole life. Late I've just been feeling its not just getting old or years of abuse on the body. Was on keto and IF for years but have stopped for the last 7 months. Gained 40 lbs but I'm over eating. This pain and exhaustion was around on keto as well.

Lower back pain can be referred pain from the gut.
I found that out after suffering from extreme lower back pain for years and having it go away as I healed the gut. As the bloat went down, the pack pain subsided. When I eat something wrong, I get that pain back.
Everyone... every doctor... thought I had a herniated disc. The only reason we didn't dig into it was because I wasn't up to facing a second spinal surgery.

    @gratitude5740 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Dr. Berg. I love your videos. We learned that structure governs function and structure and function are interrelated according to our finder T . A Still . So we need to make sure that our jshoulders spine pelvis knees ankles feet are aligned. The misaligned will cause nerve insufficiency/and visceral / hormonal distinction. So if there is a headache from the gallbladder we need to examine the entire body with extra focus on the spine and right side rib cage as it may compress the liver and gallbladder causing superior mesenteric and hepatic NERVE ARTERY VEIN LYMPHATIC DYSFUNCTION. We usually look for a root cause .
It would be nice to mention that because people may pop vitamins and supplements but if the root cause isn't addressed, the vitamins can only help so much .

Extreme neck tension, stiff neck and spasms finally move also into right shoulder, lasting 5 weeks now. Went for massages, got tens unit, chiropracter. Still pain deep muscle soreness. I totally believe it's my digestive issues but I have NO gallbladder...so now what? 😣
I actually believe I have been suffering from a reaction to the clips left in from gallbladder removal. Maybe metal poisoning or an absess that flares around them...Always have had a condensed specific pain that flares right at my surgical site. Can get anyone to pay attention to it. Over 25 years I've been dealing with this😨

could someone help me solve this mystery. basically i've lived with high stress levels since i was 13 due to crippling social anxiety and i'm now 37. one thing that has caused me issues is that i started to get strange aches and sensitivity to the cold like i have a fever. i have had it really bad out of the blue where i get feelings of extreme restlessness around my limbs and especially my torso. i usually get it recently when i try to improve my diet and power walk a lot. sometimes straight after or a day after. it normally starts with lower back pain/soreness, aches right on the outside of my thighs and around the abdomen. there is also restlessness in the muscles and mild stabbing pains which sometimes feel like they come from the bone and also my wrists. i would really like to solve this mystery as i've had it for around 15 years.

I'm really getting confused. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia more than 5 years ago.
The pain is everywhere. The pain is travelling around my body. I really feel like crying now I'm typing about my condition.
The pain keeps travelling and the type of pain keeps changing.
Sometimes I get panick attacks. Sometimes I get very long periods. I get back pain. I get ovary pain. I live on movicol because I have chronic constipation. I have severe pain from fissure. I have severe depression and anxiety.
My hair is sometimes very itchy. I get really bad breast pain. I get panick attacks all the time. I feel something bad is going to happen or I feel I am going to die. The feel of death is always with me.
    So many other things.
I've started keto diet and intermittent fasting but I'm still learning.
Other pains are the side of upper thighs. Its always there. I feel like I have a sharp needle on each side. 2 points on my shoulders down my neck are killing me. I feel like heavy weight on my shoulders.
I cannot sleep at night. And if I sleep I always wake up in the middle of night.
    I'm really suffering.
I really want someone to sit next to me and explain what is this. I want an explanation of every single pain inside my body.

I am shocked that grass-fed dairy and beef has glutamate in it. Last year my Dr had a food panel run on me and I tested very sensitive to dairy and beef, so I cut it all out of my diet (I only ever bought grass-fed) at the time of the test my CRP was 1.4, 5 months after going on the elimination diet (plus taking l-glutamine) my CRP was up 3.1... I'd like to add it back into my diet, but I hate to go against my Dr's advice. Would you still recommend GF dairy to someone with dairy "sensitivities"?

Has Dr Berg done a video on drinking turmeric water? I just made some with warm water. I added in 1 tsp of ground turmeric, 1 tsp of Braggs apple cider vinegar, the juice of 1/2 of a lemon, a dash of cayenne pepper and a pinch of black pepper. It is so gross. I hate to have to add in some honey to make it more tasteful. 😬

I drink a similar drink and add liquid Stevia to it to make it palatable.

A little off topic, but I'm wondering how much Apple Cider Vinegar is too much? I've been using 1 to 2 ounces of Bragg ACV every evening.
    Thanks

Thanks Dr. Berg....I was also wondering after I did some acupressure on my liver/ gallbladder I get a terrible ringing pain behind that area and sciatica....I was wondering why I stopped doing even a light touch in the area, it's been like this for over 44 years, yes even at 14 years old. I'm hyper- thyroid now but when I do massage the area of my liver and gallbladder the goiter gets smaller and looser in my neck.....but then I'm suffering with sciatica. do you know, maybe why?

I, personally, think you are just massaging (though, with good intentions) all the inflammation in your body, bringing about MORE pains ( in other areas too).
You NEED to remove the internal inflammation in your body COMPLETELY, by a really good diet. The foods you will eat HAVE to NOT bring on ANY inflammation. That means: NO processed foods at all, NO SUGAR, NO SUGAR and NO SUGAR. If you can get RID of these two MOST problematic CAUSES of Inflammation in your CURRENT diet, then you are on your WAY to healing your body and yourself.
Dr. Berg's videos are a good start in finding a good diet to follow that's good for you long term. I wish you GREAT success in YOUR journey to Good Health. 😊💖

Is it normal to have abdominal discomfort with back pain?

    • @tillygirl7450
      @tillygirl7450 3 ปีที่แล้ว

No, it means you have internal inflammation going on in your body in several areas, if not all areas of your body.
You MAY want to get some blood tests by your medical doctor to check your Vitamin D3 levels and a blood test to determine if you have Celiac Disease. The "abdominal discomfort" could be from the problems associated with having Celiac Disease. The "back pain" could be from a deficiency in Vitamin D3.
In any case, do YOUR own research and start by checking out Dr. Berg's videos on Vitamin D3 and Magnesium deficiencies. Also, Dr. Berg's videos on Celiac Disease to see if this may apply to you and if it does, get the Celiac Diease blood test.
I wish you GREAT success in YOUR journey to Good Health. 😊💖
