@johansoderberg4211 I’ve been wanting to get to them. I stick with Classicvania cause it’s more enjoyable for me(I liked sotn though) that’s awesome though
Its somehow funny that in this game is trevor trash-tier while the other characters break , skip and trivialize everything in a heartbeat . While grant is peak , i still stay with alucard . His bat form is the best FU amd his fireballs easily are great for anti-air and regular attacks .
I still enjoy doing Trevor only runs. Alucard’s bat form is underrated only downside is suffering through one level but trade off could be worth. As for attack, I never use him for that
@@Imgoodurbadd Maybe the characters are somehow designed to be like difficulty levels for only one character runs too . I mean the replayability of this game is to this day astounding from its different approaches.
Alucard’s path is definitely meant for him. If you take grant or sypha, they are not useful compared to him. The replay ability is what keeps me coming back I’ve easily played this game over 100 times
I’ve played it twice. I like it but i’m generally not into handhelds much but I really should play it again(if we’re talking entire castlevania series probably sotn is the easiest due to how absurd you buff Alucard

@@Imgoodurbadd At first it was supposed to be a movie, not a series, that's why they cut him. Then once they decided on a TV series they decided to leave him out anyway because he was considered irrelevant
Wow I didn’t know that. Thanks so much for the information. I think doing a tv series was the right decision for a better story and character development. I think they could’ve fit grant in an episode and have him show up for the finale or something
@@Imgoodurbadd I agree, but I think leaving him totally out was a good choice in the end. He would have been too much. There were the 3 main characters, Dracula, the Master Blacksmiths, the Vampire Sisters... in short, quite a few characters, maybe adding him would have taken away from the others, he wasn't necessary. And adding him just to have him at the end wouldn't have done him justice.
I haven’t tried legends because of the controversy. Was it due to the storyline of her and Dracula if I remember correctly? That game didn’t look appealing to me
@@Imgoodurbadd Its bad. Not as bad as the first game boy game but there is nothing of note about Legends. What controversy? The fact that Igarashi made it non-canon supposedly primarily because of a female Belmont? Its possible that interview or article mistranslated what he said. Its no big deal anyway. If anything, that game being non-canon is an objective win for women considering its low quality. Then again, there are hipsters who call themselves Christopher fans even though one of the games he appears in is awful.
@panthekirb7561 yeah poor Chris had one decent game castlevania 2 Belmont’s revenge(unless we count the adventure remake as well) I thought it was controversial from reading how Sonia and Alucard were romantically involved which is weird so they made it non canon because a Belmont and a vampire could never happen. @@Imgoodurbadd The story implications are rather dumb. It would make Trevor into Alucard's grandson or something. Honestly its a shame that a lot of the canon retro Castlevania games are bad/mediocre. Castlevania 1, 2 and Adventure are all canon but Super Castlevania 4 is not. Rip.

Once you unlock Grand Cross etc, you simply roast through Enemies and Bosses with ease I even beat Dracula and Maxime that way, Grand Cross Roasts
I can’t really comment since I’ve only played Classicvania(barring sotn) in all reality castlevania 4 prob the easiest maybe sotn
There is holy water on the ghost ship level
@@elijahoakley8201 that’s only in the famicom version. American version there is no holy water(unless it’s in a candle only Alucard can access on second quest but I don’t even think that.) only possible way is if you get a random sub weapon drop but rarely gives you holy water
@@Imgoodurbadd also you should cover haunted castle, it is basically the hardest castlevania game of all time
Definitely want to but I cannot promise it in the immediate future as I don’t have the time to try it out(could livestream but it looks really funny)
1:01 Music from a Konami game in a video about a Konami game. We've gone a full cycle, heh.
Great catch! Yeah it also fits the moment captured so two reasons to use that.
I've been on a castlevania binge lately.
Yeah castlevania’s the shit. Do you prefer metroidvania or classic or you just like all of them?
The metroidvania games i think. Right now i'm playing the gba and ds games. I've been playing some aria of sorrow randomizer too. It add's a lot of replay value to the game
@johansoderberg4211 I’ve been wanting to get to them. I stick with Classicvania cause it’s more enjoyable for me(I liked sotn though) that’s awesome though
we better be talkin bout my boy alucard next 🫡
I hope you found what you’re looking for in part 2!
Nice editing, had me ROFL
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed
Dudd is massively underrated
Hi there. Thank you so much that means a lot. Stay tuned for part 2!
Yeah im subbing, new gen youtube hittin harder and better than my dad did
Thank you so much! I hope your dad wasn’t Trevor Belmont. He’d whip the shit out of you
sometimes the algorithm brings the sauce. this is said sauce
Indeed. The algorithm has definitely blessed me. Thank you for the compliment I appreciate it
Idk man i think PoR old axe armor mode level 1 hard mode is faaar ez than CV3 american version.
(Also great video.)
Thank you. Maybe I should make a video on that game mode haha but if it’s easier than cv3, is it worth? Thanks for taking the time
@@Imgoodurbadd for your sanity no, I was joking it's the hardest mode in entire series.
Belmonts revenge is the easiest once you know the game, It’s perfect like the first game but no rng.
I’ve played it twice. I like it but i’m generally not into handhelds much but I really should play it again(if we’re talking entire castlevania series probably sotn is the easiest due to how absurd you buff Alucard
Dunno' how the algorythm showed me this, but it's definitivamente cool! I love this game
I’m thankful the algorithm showed you this. Castlevania 3 easily my favorite in the series for the massive replay ability, music, partner system, and I’ve mastered the difficulty. So rewarding!
@@Imgoodurbadd Exactly! That's something that trully surprised me for a game of those years. When I noticed how broken ice spell was, it felt like being GOD jajaja
If CV3 came out modern day, they’d probably release a patch to nerf the shit out of grant and maybe increase ice spell usage to 5 hearts. The fact all of sypha’s spells cost 1 heart is insane
@@Imgoodurbadd Totally crazy, i even felt like a cheater using the cheese feats of every partner
@@len1802 it’s part of the game so enjoy yourself but the true challenge Trevor only whip only.
I could make this game my bitch if it wasn't for the mud block level, that's it, that's the only reason I can't cook the entirety of it
Hi thank you for watching! If you’re referring to level 7 on alucard’s path(abandoned mines) I cover that in part 2. There’s ways to decimate the level
@@Imgoodurbadd I look forward to it, it's the main reason I don't like to replay it since I prefer taking him into the final level over Sypha and Grant
Alucard is really good for skipping a section in level 9 and another section in 10. Holding onto holy water is crucial
Easiest castlevania game is judgement but the best is 2
Nah Simon quest belong in the trash. Jk, it’s a fine game but not my cup of tea. Glad Konami made cv3 and then experimented with symphony of the night
I'd say Aria of sorrow is the easiest one. Death can be a little hard the first time but thats about it
@@thelostspectre4694 I found SOTN way easier.
How do you feel about your favorite character from the game not being in the TV series?
Hi there. Definitely not happy about that but I still love the show because it’s based off my favorite castlevania game.(my logic is maybe the writers thought people only beat the game with sypha and Alucard and never realized you can keep grant the whole game).
@@ImgoodurbaddThe writer said he’s never played or seen any of the games.
I think I played this game all wrong
If you don’t use grant or holy water you’re playing it wrong xd
Japanese version of castlevania is really easy
Yeah but that's boring. American version of cv3 is where it's at for me
I don't think Castlevania II is hard, but I also think Castlevania IV is easier.
I would say Castlevania IV is the easiest classicvania. Simon's quest is just boring to me. Thank you for watching
Nah
The easiest game is Castlevania Legends. Its also a bit of a slog and among the worst games in the series, on par with Simon's Quest.
I have to read more about it and maybe try the game out of curiosity
Rip.
@@panthekirb7561 Rondo of Blood is also canon and pretty much the best 16 bit one
Though I dont really see the point of leaving 4 out of the canon. Isnt the story literally just the same as Castlevania 1?
9:40 i did not know you could to that
Yes Grant is just that good. He can pretty much climb on top of anything(he can also do the same in the first room of sunken city to skip the merman room underneath)
I watched this after beating Dracula
You beat Dracula in this game? I bet you played the Japanese version didn’t you?
@@Imgoodurbadd the vrc6 chip was my savior
2:44 Is that the yelling, cancelled WoW account, sticking remote-up bum kid?
On TH-cam it’s labeled the femur breaking scream. I just find it funny
Why no Grant in Netflix series? 😢
I wish I knew. Makes me sad

Is that the real Bill from king of the hill? I appreciate the W
NES games sucks ass. Except for super mario 1. That game is good.
Interesting take. I enjoy NES games although mario 1 is a classic I think I’ll stick to mario 3.
@@Imgoodurbadd Yes, i always tend to forget mario 3 was part of the NES, since i like it in the all stars game from the SNES.
Stupid castlevania 4? The only slightly difficult level in that game is the last one
Yeah castlevania 4 still a good game. I just think it lacks a lot of features other games implemented
@@Imgoodurbadd the worst of the best
@@Imgoodurbadd still the worst classicvania
Hmm have you played castlevania the adventure haha
@@Imgoodurbadd yeah and i loved it such a good game tho the controls were a bit anoyoing still the platforming was so fun and the second game was even better

Thank you so much. means a lot
Idk
You better know. This is the easiest castlevania game
@@Imgoodurbadd Totally, we all know the hardest Castlevania game is Castlevania 4, after all
