    That was awesome! I’ve been doing yoga for years but I’ve never done some of those movements. I especially liked the pistol squat progression! I feel like I could do those exercises for hours.

    What if you cannot do the pistol squat pose? My body will not let me go there right now! Thank you so much!! I enjoy your classes so much!!

      Hey Jessica,
      This is a great question and I'm so glad you're enjoying my classes! And that's ok if you're not able to do the pistol squat! If there's no pain involved, then keep trying it and simply do what you can (even if that means only coming down a few inches). Over time, you'll increase in strength and stability. Otherwise, simply hold the pose at the top, take a different variation or pose, or skip it altogether. You've got options! =)

    Hey~ I did her yoga on your site and it was so goooood. But the flow was cut off due to frequent recidivism ㅠ_ㅠ TH-cam and other online playback works very well But when you do it on the website of youtuber, it's disconnected...So, can I ask you to post the rest of your yoga on TH-cam?
