After exploring Ireland for a month, I found myself back in Beijing, alone. In this vlog, I share my life in Beijing, and my journey of learning how to live alone by taking care of myself, making over my apartment, and making an effort to make friends. I also talk honestly about my money struggles of having to pay a higher rent without a stable income, and my decision to invest in myself.

Yay for more videos!! I feel you on the homebody front... I'm a trailing spouse here in Shanghai and I stay home all day, also trying to be productive. Making videos is one of the only things that really gets me out of the house, which I am so grateful for. Also, we are about to move to a new apartment because hell yes, your living environment has SUCH an affect on your mood and motivation. And yes, share all the book recs please!!

and gurl, uhm... if ur also considering doing live streams, aside from TH-cam or tiktok, you can also consider err twitch? maybe... im not sure if chinese audience are familiar with twitch and maybe china have their own app (as always 😂) for live streams but yeah.. 😅 i'm sure you'll be fine, like, i'm not living alone i still stay with my family but i usually do almost everything here, diy, cleaning, cooking 😂 but for us singles who can't ask for help to a partner we usually do things by our selves and if we can do that for a very long time, im sure you'll be able to adapt quickly 😂
