OMG ! I only dabble in crochet, but I will always remember your amazing clip of how you changed yarn. Thank you!!! As a long time neck sufferer I completely appreciate your approach to your frustrations. Been through it all and have learned your way is my way 🤪. Keep on the upward trend and … no more sneezing. 😉 BTW I grew up with the same nuts and bolts recipe, but we started adding Cheez It crackers and occasionally Bugles . Family friends published the Best of Bridge cookbooks and many of the recipes were well known.
I remember as a kid one of my jobs was to bring the laundry in from the line and your right there the smell of freshly hung clothes is amazing. Hope the new ideas for the sock worked out. Have a great day.
Thank you for sharing how you add a new yarn to your crochet project. I am working on a blanket and am challenged by this, now…no more! I visited Moncton in 2018, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Enjoy your holiday!
Greetings from Whitehorse, Yukon, Nancy! Here for the holidays with our son and family. I so appreciate being in touch with our home in Moncton by watching your vlogmas.,Making your Bouctouche Dune sock for my daughter-in-law here! Thank you for all your wonderful podcasts.
Love to see sheets outside to dry- they do smell amazing! Those take-out boxes are so cute to gift socks! Sadly I’ve never seen them in the UK - yet! I’m off to do some research. We had our Knit nNatter Christmas lunch today which was so enjoyable. When crafters get together you can be sure of a good giggle! X
❤❤morning Nancy,,,🎉🎉 Love sheets outside,,except we have too much snow to get to the line,,,,😢 I have hung them on deck railing,,,other years,,,,love that smell,,, A very productive day,, I know you showed us the blanket joining before,,,I forgot,,!!!😅love that. Idea,,,thanks ELAINE 🏡💕
Thanks for sharing another day. I bake those biscuits too from my grandmothers recipe. We call them jam drops 😃 Funny how some things are universal. Although there will be no baking here as its a 42 degree celsius day here on east coast of Australia
You said, Alexa, cancel timer. My Alex said, There are no timers set! (I changed the voice to a male's voice after my husband died.) Thanks, Nancy, for doing these vlogmases. You're so busy but it's a nice thing you're doing. Happy Holidays!
I have fussed with shortbread so many times and finally found following the Preppy Kitchen on TH-cam for thumbprint cookies worked very well. I like to make them for a special lady who I consider a “mom” to me! They are her favorites.
Oh I do wish bathrooms would go into a “self-clean” mode and floors would “repel dust bunnies” during times when we’re busy with other things! Your cookies looked delicious. Those cracks around the edges look fine and would give a nice little bit of texture. See you the next time. Vrede en vreugde
After your comment about sunset times, I had a look at the Met Office weather app. For us, we currently have su rise at 08.12 and sunset at 15.44. As we haven't reached the winter solstice, we are still getting shorter a d shorted days. Sx
Don't ya just hate it when you have to reorganize those cheeky balls that won't stay put!! (Sorry, couldn't resist!) Your cookies look delicious! What a productive day you had! Doesn't it feel good when you start checking things off your to do list as we grow closer to Christmas? (Today I *think* I have completed my shopping🤞) See you tomorrow!!

Such a Beautiful Holiday and Advent Sharing! Thank you and Warm Winter Blessings and Joy!
The cookies look beautiful. They remind me of jumblies that my Mother used to make many moons ago. 🇬🇧
Loving the little gift idea for socks!
Baking cookies, washing sheets, knitting/frogging/re-knitting were on my Monday agenda! I wish I had an outdoor line! 😊
I always loved hanging out my sheets to dry. Smell so much better and they are so crisp.

Hi Honey, I agree about the sheets. If perfume comanies could copy that smell they would make a fortune! Loving your festive vlogs. ❤❤❤

This fall I knit new fingerless mitts to replace my old ones that wore out after years of hanging clothes on the line in winter.

Thanks for sharing your recipes. I made a few of them last year and will make them again this year, too!
