Good morning Nancy - I love that you boost your motivation and energy through music and dance. I do the same. Last night both before and after supper I turned up the music on Alexa and it gave me the boost to do supper and do some baking too. Your knit group looks fun. When I am out East in 2025 it would be neat if I could find a way to make it to at least one of those knit nights.
Such thoughtful gifts. Was the ornament hand felted? I so enjoyed seeing all the works in progress. The cardigan was Beautiful. How nice to have the fellowship of fiber friends. Please thank them for sharing their projects. I usually save you for my quiet knitting time. Although we've never met, live in different countries, I consider you a fiber friend. Thank you for all wonderful helpful tips. The shawl is working out to be an envious dream. I am even dabbling with a drop spindle. I hope to get a nano in February when they are updated and restocked. Again, thank you for all your time. I truly Appreciate all that you do.♡
Hi Nancy, Sorry that you don't feel well. May I suggest to have Brad run his thumbs gently down either side of your spine to see if he can feel a knot. It seems the neck pain is on your left, so I expect the knot to be on your right side, just between your shoulder blade and your spine. I am not any kind of specialist and this is purely from life lived experience. I have had very similar re-occurring pain being a computer software developer for 40+ years. Surprising how vicious that little mouse can be. 🤣🤣 I have found that once the knot (the source) is identified you can then add heat and massage to that area specifically. Hopefully this helps to get everything loose and back to normal.

We sound very similar! I always have knots between my shoulder blades. Thankfully, I am back to my normal knotty self with no neck pain 🤓
