The kids had fun, as grandparents we took our son and his family. The food was like going to a bad wedding. Steam table. The other restaurants were not special at all-we tried 3 of them and stayed with the buffet rest of the week. Our room was terrible but the manager would not move us. Closet door broken, leak in bathroom, I could go on. With people checking in and out, he could have moved us, fixed the room and given to new guests, but he just kept saying no, we're full. I wouldn't go back.

Maybe it was just me but I didn't think It was all that. The good for me was a great day club for kids, clean pools and nice people. The food was nothing special, the drinks were sub par and the property hasn't aged well. It wasn't a bad stay but I wouldn't go back.

I just got back from this resort.. not worth it all.. apparently their managements changed a year ago and they do not care at all about customer service and quality .. I say avoid at all cost and go somewhere else

We just returned. Managed to have fun although we had a terrible room and the hotel manager would not move us although he could have. Closet door was broken, so the light kept coming on and off. There was a leak in the bathroom and floor was always wet. The view was terrible( side of an electrical building) and the lovely wall decor over the bed was broken. It was full, although we are Marriott Bon Voy members, he was absolutely no help. I can't recommend this place.
