The resort gets a b+ BUT the ocean water is like a sewer!! It is not clear, it is brown and merry and still and stagnant. Notice no great photos of the ocean surf? It is tagged as a national aquatic seaweed refuge!!!! It is disgusting. I go to places like this 100 💯 for the ocean and it is terrible there. So sad spent over 7,000 to go there for our family and kids.

I’m heading there in November..can you tell me if hey renovated the tennis court. It was grass last year, but unplayable.
just got back from this resort.. not worth it all.. apparently their managements changed a year ago and they dont care at all about customer service and quality .. i say avoid at all cost and go somewhere else

Ignore almost everything in this video. We are currently here and have never received worse service in my life. Total dump, very dated, mediocre food at best.

Do not go here. Not worth your money. Very shady management. The rooms shown here is not what you are getting. My husband and I are Diamond club level. Every time we had an issue we got down graded. The place needs major repairs it is falling apart. (June 2024) food was good, liqueur was watered down, entertainment was ok, for an all inclusive they sure try to sell you what they call extras every 10 feet they try to sell you something. It gets on your nerves. Oh if you need a manager good luck. They hide they don’t help. Save your money don’t go to this place. It’s in the middle of a swamp land. It will cost you $100 plus just to get a taxi to go to town. If it rains good luck getting out.
