    It’s Sunday today, My family is leaving to abroad tomorrow & I decided to make this recipe for Lunch along with bagara rice & tandoor roti .. trust me It turned out next level , Thank you so much for sharing this simple yet delicious chicken curry . Every one at home ate tummy full and we’re happy .

    great recipe, I prepared today, only thing I did was added half cup of water, because it was country chicken and was not getting soft.....real taste. Thank you.

    Hi Nisa, may I ask what is the difference between thin and thick coconut milk? Apart from the obvious difference in consistency. is it a different product?

      Thick coconut milk is the first extract from fresh coconut... it is slightly thicker n creamier. Thin milk is the second extraction ...2nd milk will be thinner..hope this helps.

    if we don't have fresh curry leaves can we use dry curry leaves

      Fresh curry leaves gives a nice taste....do try with dried one and let me know...àlso add in a tbsp or two of chopped coriander leaves at the end....

    I am a bit confused with the details mentioned in the description box..
    Thin coconut milk is mentioned as onam paal and thick coconut milk is mentioned as randam paal.. can you pls explain ?
