I've just started getting back into the gym after 6 years of not going. Finding your videos and binge watching them for the last month has been a huge source of inspiration. I got a leg pump just watching this.
After watching this video I renewed my gym membership and worked out for the first time in a year. Thanks Juji, Tom, and John for the great content. It also happens that the Rolling Thunder and Hub I ordered arrived last night :)

It's too young to train in the Golden era of bodybuilding but the 80s had a philosophy no pain no gain I used that philosophy in the 90s puked up many times during workouts bruised and battered myself blood from cuts dislocated my shoulder still trained I would have days were getting off the toilet was impossible Modern day gym rats who take steroids wouldn't last one week let alone a whole day of training of that high intensity You had to be insane to train like , yoy whould have that type of mentality, it took lot of damage to my body
This is just pure gold. John you are a gonna be a legend. The Luke that lived to see it all and could arm wrestle a Rancor to its knee's. Your legs look like they could kick the photon torpedo down the Death Star exhaust shaft. 🤣
Loved watching you guys work out with Hulk Skywalker. Best moments: Juji some how looking disgusted and terrified while watching Mr. Meadows do squats and Tom looking to the heavens contemplating all of life's meaning trying to finish his set.

It was great to see Tom pushing himself in the training too (not that it's rare, it's just cool to see in "proper" training). - it would be interesting to see what kind of training Mr Meadows might fashion with the kit in your garage gym Juji, (maybe we'll see this in Tom's training?) The session was obviously hard, great job, and it's a great video! Big respect! :)
1) That workout was brutal; 2) I thought there was a moment when Juji was about to cry on that pit shark; and 3) I think Tom’s legs completely transformed in one workout.

These videos are damn inspiring. I'm 150 lbs soaking wet (up from 122), and I've been plateaued for like a year plus. Keep pumpin' these videos out so skinny-fats like me have something to shoot for.

I'm pretty good at legs. Walking around at over 300lbs for nearly 15 years (i'm 34, first hit 300 at 19, now down to 260) legs were pretty strong, and I could typically outlift most everyone I knew. The guys that took you through that set is great. U can tell he's a serious no nonsense hard working guy. These type of people can really push you during a workout.
If you don't have that machine at 6:23 you could also use a "rib wall"(the wide vertical ladder thing) and get an exercise pillow for your knees and something soft(a bitch pad will do) to keep behind your ankles. Then pick the right resistance band(you'll attach the band a little higher than your head while kneeling then hold onto it for assistance at the bottom) for you and you'll discover your new favorite hamstring accessory movement. Doing this without assistance is not that hard to work your way up to with this method. Better than doing eccentrics and pushing yourself up at the bottom.
*1*. Leg extension machine: 2 warm-up sets of 30 and 20 reps. 1st set: 5/5/5 after each of the 5 reps hold the weight for a couple seconds then straight rep the next 5. 2nd set: 5 slow motion reps (10s per concentric portion) + 10 normal reps 3rd set: drop set of 15 normal reps and 5 slow reps *2*. Leg press: 1st set: 5+1/5+1/5+1 -> 5 normal reps and a 6th slow motion rep (10s per concentric portion); no rest in between 2nd set: 12/10/8/6/4/2 hold the weight for 10s in between with no rest. 3rd set: see 2nd set. *3*. Hack squats or smith machine: 1st set: 5 pause reps (5s per pause) 2nd set: 5 slow motion reps (10s per concentric portion) + 10 normal reps 3rd set: 15 normal reps + 5 slow motion reps + 10 normal reps. *4*. To top the workout off: lunges until muscle failure; you might need a partner to keep you motivated :)
