As teachers, this is just so TOUCHING! I love all my students. I've been teaching for over 8 years now, and some of my students are becoming doctors, dancers, lawyers. It's crazy to see them turn from little monkeys into capable adulting human beings.

You said. You put in hours after hours so that your students may not struggle in the subject and then also give them advice for their future. Mostly teachers are more worried about the future of their students then the students themselves and teachers hope that all of them be successful and happy.
Being a teacher myself, this hits home. I feel like teachers are one of the most important jobs/roles in children's lives but also one of the least recognized and acknowledged. Why? If you think about it, teachers often don't get to ever see the results of their contribution/work because it's something that takes decades to see and most never get to see it. It's like you plant the seeds today, but someone else will get to benefit from it in the future and not you and that's how it really works anyways. Teachers are about investments to the future. Thankless today, but someday in the future it may be remembered.
I'm an adult, thank god, and I often think about my elementary school and kindergarten teachers. I remember their names, the positive stories that became memories and I thank them for being the good adult roles in my childhood. I appreciate every kind teacher (no matter for what age/institution), thank you for this very hard and important job that you do. It's not only a "job", you are a part of the future and part of the happyness of human beings, thank god and god bless you!
every couple years i go back and check in on the teachers who were memorable, they always appreciate it and i like catching up
i dont know if this helps, but most people remember fondly the stand out teachers/professors theyve had throughout their formative years. i fully agree that teachers deserve more recognition and benefits, since its one of the most important jobs a person can have, but at the very least there'll be many people feeling thankful that they met you, which is pretty cool:)
I too fondly remember the good teachers I had, and some of them, through only one gesture, a word or advice given in the right moment, changed my trajectory to where I am today. Thank you very much for what you do every day. Thank you, and all the other brilliant, caring, hard-working teachers out there.
Except for a couple in high school, I remember the names of all my teachers. Some were mediocre (in holding our attention, not in knowledge) but most were dedicated and caring. Some I liked more than others but I can accredit each one of them with something specific about me or a tool I now possess.
I will never, ever be able to express my gratitude to them. They literally freed my mind, nurtured it, showed me how to get the most from it.
So to you, as an educator, never lose sight of the immeasurable impact you have on a persons life. We may not realize it as the student, but as the adult, we do. So thanks to you and your colleagues from the bottom of my heart.

I’m 71 and went to see his show recently. I’ve probably been to well over 100 concerts in my life and have never experienced anything like it. The crowd is amazing. Treat people with kindness is an experience in itself- people coming out - proposing - strangers doing line dances, conga - such a huge and welcoming environment.
He seems nice and all but his music is doo doo water 💩

His art is beautiful and resignated. Whether he doesn’t mean a lot to you,for some people he raised us. Some of our parents weren’t there to do that and since 1D started at such a developing age for us … we latched to them through their music,humor etc and still do. Some people were raised by the internet because no one else would . One direction raised us so yeah we will always love and support them even after 12 years now,even 20 and so on. Remember to TPWK

I had this pre-k teacher who I don't remember her name but I still remember her face and I'm 30 years old. Her kindness has stayed with me all these years.
Just like an awful teacher can ruin some things for you, a great teacher can leave a lasting impression. It doesn't even have to do with the academic aspect, just the general things they impart during those important formative years. I'm still grateful for two in particular I had, over 30 years later.
I am not a Directioner. But through the years after they all went solo, I have a penchant for Harry. I cannot even say I am a fan of his but everytime I see and watch him, I smile and I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because of his his aura, swag, eccentric vibe, his personality.
I’m not a fun but this is so touching, the good teachers need to be rewarded and appreciated for their hard work!

I wish that I had the opportunity to thank my first elementary school teacher. She changed my life and saw more in me than I ever saw in myself. When I went back years later to tell her that I had indeed become a scientist, just as she had foreseen so many years before, I found out that she had passed away of lung cancer. Her daughter was so kind and said that her mum would have been so proud. Rest in peace Mrs Lina Picchi. Forever a legend. A great teacher can shape human beings. It’s one of the most noble professions and teachers deserve far better pay for what they do.
Imagine how that teacher felt seeing how far he’s gotten. Chills. ❤
My 3rd grade teacher from 50 years ago recently found out that I am a judge and her response to learning this was to say, “I could see that.” It made me feel really special to know that she remembered me and that it did not surprise her that I became a judge. Teachers have such a profound impact on their students that even a 58 y/o judge like myself is deeply touched by a simple comment from his 3rd grade teacher.

Teachers play a very precious role in a child's upbringing.... I literally miss all my teachers a lot and even though when I was a school kid I used to criticize them a bit but now I. Understand their importance.... The respect and love should be given to them... Like Harry did... Good job man!!

Teacher's always hold a warm and special position even after years out of education, because if you spot an old teacher of yours in public, you can't help but feel joy and feel the urge to talk to them to let them know how their old student is getting on in life.

It's so funny that I ran into this video today given that just yesterday I saw my kindergarten teacher and she still remembered me as the girl who'd bring her Marsupilami drawings. It absolutely made my day to meet her again after so long. I get how nice it must've felt for Harry to have her be at his show
Cherish these teachers. My teachers told me I was made to become a lumberjack, i wasn't smart enough. 9 years later got 2 bachelor's in Biomedical sciences and Medicine and now I'm 3 months away from being a doctor. I don't have faith in teachers.
