@ManyBidets finished installing mine. I had to use some baby oil to get those grommets in though. Can I order extra mounting hardware if I move and need to remount?
Very helpful video on installing the new models! Recently received an S7A that I ordered from you guys. Hoping the price comes down soon so I can order and install more of them.
The remote control seems to have two replaceable panels on the top. The one on the left has 3 buttons under the panel and the one on the right has 2. I believe one on the left is for light flush, full flush and auto flush. If you have a 2-flush system toilet how can you get the replacement panel for the remote to be able to use both types of flush on the remote?
Hi, thanks for the video! We’ve owned the Toto C200 Washlet since 2017 and love it! However, despite thorough cleaning and maintenance over the years, we’re becoming concerned that the water reservoir that heats the water may have some scaling or need cleaning, and that maybe the internal mechanisms may need cleaning… there is however no information available on this from Toto. We are considering buying the new S7A instead of disassembling our C200 and trying to deep clean the reservoir 😅. Does the S7A have a water reservoir? If so, how is it maintained to insure that we’re getting clean water for years to come. Any help in getting this answered is appreciated!
Great question! The C200 is a tank water heater which is where the reservoir hold that water to warm however the S7A is an instant water heater so it has a ceramic heating element inside that heats the water instantly as it runs through the seat. This means it does not hold water inside a reservoir and no need to worry!
@@ManyBidets Thanks so much for the reply! As far as you know there is no way to clean the C200 tank? After we buy the S7A, hate to just throw it away when it still works very well!
@@kinnderpropertiesllc9054 There is no quick and easy way to do so and would require opening the seat up, disassembling the tank to clean it and reassembling.
thanks for the video… is it an issue that the back seat pads float above the bowl rim? i installed an S7A recently, and it does the same thing. i thought maybe i installed it improperly.
Nope! You can see in our video above that the back feet pads float above as well. It is simply their design which allows some flexibility of the seat when weight is placed on it.
Two questions. You talk about mounting the remote to the wall with screws but the wall behind you appears to be something other than wood or drywall. This is similar to my case. 1/ Can you use mounting tape to secure it to the wall and does the mounting tape come with the bidet remotes? In case your thinking of suggesting it, we do not want to mount it to the seat. 2/ If I know my length requirements to electrical and water supply. Do you provide proper finished hose lengths so I don't have a lot of extra hose/cable to deal with? Thanks for an informative video.
The remote mount does not include mounting tape but you could use mounting tape if desired to attach it to the wall. I would just make sure that it holds it securely, We do not supply custom hose lengths, modifying the product in that way would actually void the warranty.
If you would like to send a picture to us at Support@manybidets.com I can take a look. You might be able to use an alt T connector and connect at the water inlet instead of the tank.
Look likes that it will auto clean every 8 hours(it's wand cleaning). It's so annoying at night when you sleep(Even no one is using it). Is there a way to disable this function at night? Day time is ok.
Unfortunately, Toto does not have a shorter T-Valve option. They have an extender that drops the inlet lower (9AU321-A) but their specialty T-Valve cannot be shortened.
It looks like this model number is a *AT40 model. Is this or any other AT40 model washlet compatible with standard toilets? Or do the AT40 models have to be installed with washlet+ toilets?
Hello, There is a way to change the settings to turn off the auto open and close lid. The instructions will be in the manual on page 26 and on page 35 talks about it.
The S7A has 2 additional user presets (for a total of 4), the Ewater+ sterilization will also mist the underside of the seat for extra sanitizing benefits and it also allows for more control over the night light along with having a soft light.
Came back from Japan and my life has been changed forever. Thanks for making my decision easy. I'm buying my S7A today from yall!
I'm glad we could help! :)

just used this video as reference for installing my own. thanks!
Glad to hear it was helpful!
Best Place to buy from. We are buying our second one from Dan. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else !
Thanks so much for the kind words!

Thanks for your business! Glad to hear you love it!
Thanks so much for the easy walkthrough. Saved us hundreds of dollars from hiring a plumber
Thank you for watching!
You should mention the S7A does not come with the T fitting and must purchase separately.
Could you do a programming video on the remote?
This is absolutely on our short list! We hope to have a remote walk-through filmed soon. Thanks for you comment!
just installed s7, and one thing that bugs me is the left hinge feels like its missing a bushing you can wiggle the seat on left side

What is the difference between the 7 and 7a? This just might be the bidet I get.
I think its auto open and close lid and thats pretty much it
You are absolutely correct. If you want auto flush, get the S7A, otherwise go for the S7

Do you notice the mechanical motor engine sounds in around 1 min after flushing the toilet? (with S7A)
so helpful thank you

What are my options if my water supply line is totally rigid and the supplied T-connector will not fit?

Does this need a GFCI outlet, or can it be plugged into any outlet?
We definitely recommend a GFCI protected outlet. A standard would work but you loose the protection of the GFCI.
Does the S7A model have a feature to turn off the auto-open and close feature for the seat cover?
Yep! You can adjust those savings via the remote.
Look likes that it will auto clean every 8 hours(it's wand cleaning). It's so annoying at night when you sleep(Even no one is using it). Is there a way to disable this function at night? Day time is ok.
Yep! You can disable the auto-cleaning features using the remote and the instructions on page 37 of the user manual.
Can you link me a shorter t line adapter for toto? The black one is too big and doesn’t fit in the gap between the water supply and Toliet

The TOTO S7 and S7A bidet seat comes washlet+ ready and can be installed on a standard or washlet+ toilet.
Is it compatible with most toilets?
It is compatible with most standard toilets. If you aren't sure about fit with your toilet, reach out to us at support@manybidets.com and we can help!
