Here’s some suggestions:
-Don’t do headers you will lose the rumble.
-drop it on some coils
-get rid of the carbon fiber vinyl, either go with real carbon fiber or nothing
-get STI cluster
-cover the fogs
-get some engine dress up.
-and don’t do the HKS blow off. Do your reading moe, people that are putting down power prefer the stock blow off then that garbage,

Headers wont make it louder. Go with a new cat back like Spec D. Its cheap and makes it rumble nicely. I have the cobb turbo back and it was too quiet too. Got the Spec D turbo back "fart cannon" and it sounds amazing
