Oil base perfume ke liye
U can use DPM, ACM or Iso P Glycerol can be used, I would suggest not to use alcohol still if you want to use please use secondary solvent along with it
Sir,please share the percentage used for fragrance,solvent,dawanol used for reed diffuser
Dowanol any where between 50 to 75 % & rest is your fragrance
We do have come up with a new green solvent as well which performs better than dowanol, it's iso p glycerol you have to use 50 50 on both iso p glycerol & fragrance

Sir... it is such a informative video.. but i have a question... i dont want to use diffuser blend as it is too costly... even if the cheaper one is expensive .. i use iso propyl alchohol with safflower carrier oil and essential oil to make blend of diffuser.. so my question is what can be the correct proportion of these 3 to make diffuser blend stay longer... i use IPA in least quantity...
Hi, sorry for delay in responce, well I wouldn't recommend ipa in diffuser blend as it's highly inflammable and also also use of carrier oil will make it ineffactice in Reed diffuser
Better to go with dpm or acm
Only DPM and fragrance oil can help to make good reed diffuser, we don’t need any other solvent to mix in it?
@manglatanu yes but we have launched another solvent named iso p glycerol, which can replace dpm & is neutral
By mixing this with fragrance u can make Reed diffuser, cork based diffuser etc
Sir i am preparing air freshener using aroma beads( EVA garinular).Aroma beads will use as diffuser like himalian salt as a diffuser. Please guide me which is the best combination for EVA grainular ( ethyl vinyl accetate) as following
1)only essential oil
2) essential oil+ DPG
3) essential oil+DPG+alcohal
And also guide me what % we keep if we blend by option 2,3 above
You don't have to use DPG and/or alcohol
Just take plain essential oil or I would recommend fragrance rather than essential oil, use 15 to 20 % of oil & rest beads, give them 2 days time & it's good to go
@@KelkarFragrances sir i do the same but in some batch beads are sticked and form a bunch rather then remain in separate form after shaking.while in some batch beads are not sticked to each other and remain in separate form even after shaking.
How can we avoid to stick the beads to each other
@user-cd7hn2du9d are you heating the mixture, its very unlikely that beads stick up without heating

sir can we use coconut fractionated oil with fragrance oil in 75:25 ratio for reed diffuser
MCT or in this case FCT is not a self evaporating agent, so it doesn't add any value for Reed diffuser
For Reed diffuser you need some solvent which is self evaporating

HELLO SIR, is there any difference between chemicals used in perfumes for Agarbathi and Spray Perfumes for human. Whether same Chemicals are used in both ..Agarbahti and Spray Perfume ?

Different solvents are used , agarbatti and spray solvents are totally different, flash / boiling point is very high compare to spray and body perfumes.
