My favorite kind of jev videos the ones where he plays the games he wants to play/ no name or not as popular ones I feel like so many content creators force them selfs to play games and they don’t enjoy them but they do it to make money where jev has the balls to play games that he wants and doesn’t care about the games that are popular to say love you jev
Dragons dogma has always been peak when it comes to cinematic unscripted fights and legendary comedic timing, it’s often compared to souls not because they play similarly but because they both excel in these two areas. A full series on this would genuinely be one of your best to date, hope you go all the way🙌🏽

The microtransactions are from the deluxe edition of the game. The deluxe edition on the steam page states that the items will be sold separately if anyone wants them or whatever so it is just for people who didn't want to pay 80 but may have wanted an item from it or whatever
Nope the game just has heavy micro transactions which is stupid and unnecessary
@@cursman1289 exactly its unnecessary, as in it isn't needed to enjoy and play the game to its fullest.
Only thing I'd consider an actual microtransaction to be purchased multiple times is rift crystals but you can earn those for free so people are just crying over nothing

Nice to see someone actually enjoying the game instead of senselessly hating on it for microtransactions while they shell out money for the same shit in their favorite game.
Right? People will decry this game while forking over money for other games' DLC and will gladly promote it. But a game that has optional MTX? Nah, time to lose one's mind over that. RE4 had the EXACT style of MTX included, why weren't people losing their shit the same way?
@@Kinterludecorrect me if I’m wrong but in re4 remake couldn’t you just not unlock the micro transactions? In DD2 you can unlock everything in like 2 hours.
@@lumi3333 To be fair, RE4's MTX was a bit worse. In DD2, you can only buy Port Crystals (to help with fast travel but isn't an outright fast-travel thing) or to edit your character's appearance (which you'll earn the currency in-game anyways).
For RE4, you could use MTX to upgrade your weapons to make the grind shorter. DD2's MTX is pretty much not needed and most people will skip it since you unlock everything as you mentioned. The outrage DD2 is getting is insane since it won't affect anyone's playstyle since you still have to play the game with no way of speeding your progress up.
@@Kinterlude sadly people nowadays get stuck in echo chambers. Even cod used to charge like 60 dollars to play their dlc maps, and yet people are complaining about option mtx that you can unlock.
@@lumi3333 Right? No one is forcing them to pay the DLC. If they want to, they can. But they encourage you to play the game the way it's meant to be played and apparently that's a bad thing?

You can obtain all MTX items just playing the game anyways, don't worry about that.
It's definitely not a Baldurs Gate 3 game. I don't think is similar to Elden Ring either. Dragon's Dogma 2 has its own charm, in a good or bad way 😅

The fast travel is still in the game and obtainable, dude. Don't support micro transactions in this game in general, as you can obtain all of those items in the game itself.
ox carts exist which function as fast travel and so does actual fast travel, just say you haven’t played the game

Jev you should play terraria it's basically a 2d mincraft but alot more complex it's super fun
its not just the microtransactions that are actually bad but alot of players are unable to even play the game or even get stable 60 fps with 4090s and stuff. doesnt matter if you can get the stuff in game the fact they even are selling this stuff in a single player only game with denuvo of all things says alot and its kinda sad your defending them :(

Most games have performance issues upon release. Especially on PC because there's so many different PC's. I bet they fix all the performance issues rather quickly. Give it a couple months.

Games like baldur gate and hell even cyberpunk came out fine at launch and this game isn’t even running on consoles at 60 it’s just sad to me is all. You wanna defend your game because it’s a series you like but don’t be ignorant to the problems of the game. On top of that if I didn’t play the game or even care about the series I wouldn’t be upset over how badly it’s been received your just a fanboy who wants to defend this game no matter what and that’s fine but I am just gonna return the game and come back to it in a couple months because no way a 70 dollar game is gonna be like this in 2024
