Should your cables not cross below the cable rod? Looks like you have them going through the slide incorrectly.
You are correct it’s the only way I could get it to tune but fixed correctly now

Nothing wrong with the live wire strings they come with
Unless you put in an cheap peep sight from China that ends up cutting your strings. 😭. 🏹🤠👍
