Interesting. I shot one at an ASA at the PSE booth and was very impressed with it. I own two Supra EXT models and really enjoy them but this new focus seems more like a faster and less aggressive Hoyt Prevail style of bow. I look forward to your follow up. Good job on the video review.
I just custom order my focus xl. Shot Steven hann's when he first got it. It was a great bow. So now the 40" is coming I'm in. Bloody shame they dropped a heap of colours. So green with white limbs is on its way. Cheers for the video.
I've got one now on special order, are you liking your bow? I've had to order one with the EM cam and an 85% letoff module for compensation of my 26" DL. May take another 6 weeks to deliver.
Would love a follow up video. I actually just had a shop order me a Supra focus, with the custom white limbs. Can wait for mine to come in and get setup. Great review 👍👍👍
Had mine a few days now with a rough setup but everything set down the middle. I have to say that the draw cycle feels just like a Mathews Conquest 3/4 with a Minimax cam. A very linear draw cycle with a gentle drop into a short valley. It is not a hump and dump feel like a lot of cams, and given I loved the cycle of the Minimax cam I am very happy so far. I have taken off the string stop as it started to come loose and to be honest there is not much difference to the feel post-shot or vibration. I did however before taking it off get a left kick from my arrows (they are slightly weak for this bow plus the centre shot might need pushing over a bit) but they have straightened up a lot since doing so. Kind of odd but there you go.
Been looking forward for this review 😍. Personally i thought you would run a heavier front stabilizer weight setup (more like a 1 to 1 ratio) based on feedbacks from dan jasa , stephan from archery supplies and others. 🤔🤔🤔
I could see how that would work well for archers. This bow balances back very much and a heavier ratio out front would help get a good forward weighted feel. With the style of shot I'm using right now the slightly forward weight helps me much more and is more the feel I've used for a really long time with most all other bows.
what arrow would you for 3-D,,,with the Supra Focus, My arrow length is 29 " and so is my draw,,,'' shooting 53 Lb,'s ,,,,,, if you could break it down ,that would be great,,,,,,,

I appreciate you watching!
Had the same exact problem with the stabilizer bushing!!!! Thanks for covering that! Getting my new bushing tomorrow. Great review!
Thank you! Yea, I was a little disappointed but it turned out to be a small thing in the long run.

The white limbs look great. I have a friend with a black Focus and the white limbs. Very nice look.

I love all my 5 conquest 4 minimax bows
Almost went with this bow but opted for the older TRG7. Like the deflex design of the Pse
really good review, very much appreciated.
Thank you for watching!

how do u compare them to your prevails?
Which weights are those? Can’t find them on the conquest website
www.conquestarchery.com/1-3-4-Threaded-Stabilizer-Weights?quantity=1&custcol_bea_weight=8

some superdrives would do great by easton
SuperDrive 23, or Victory V-Tac 23. If you need something even lighter to get more speed, Victory 3DHV.

so when I look at the both of em together I feel like I'm cheating on my Mathews when I pick up the PSE ,,, I will continue to shoot my Mathews for hunting of course,,, will never give up my first love ,,,, so if your in the market for a new bow ,,,, do your homework of course ,, but look into the PSE ,,,, it's worth it ,,,,, and yes ,,,, its a dream to tune ,,, easy as pie ,,, a walk in the park ,piece of cake ,, a good dump after a night of drinking and eating greasy pizzas all night with the boys ,,,,
I will second the hand shock, it's definitely more with the Focus but not much by target bow standards. Glad you're liking it!
this bow is awesome but i hate the design
