I'm going to get the EM because my DL is only 26ish. I've been told the shorter the DL the less letoff you get from the module, so I'm "also" going to buy the 85% module to get it back closer to 75%. Next stem check the order goes in LoL.🏹🤠👍

If the bow has the same cam then it should feel the same. If same cam then same draw profile. The EC cam has more functionality - like changing modules and letoff but I like the EM. It is simple.
I'm equally interested in this. I've just ordered the XL with the EM cam but because my DL is only 26"ish I've ordered the 85% letoff module so I "should" get closer to the normal 75% letoff. All I have to do now is,......wait for PSE to finish the special order. 🏹😭👍
I had 2 podium peeps and they tore my pse strings to shreds have replaced 2 because they destroyed my string, switched to their hooded pro peep love it
I really don't see bows getting any better in these last 4-6 years... archery needs a true breakthrough imo to help with sales for these companies. I used to buy a new bow every year cuz i loved having the latest & greatest but i really don't see it anymore. I do want the original supra focus so hopefully people start to unload em for this new "xl"

Can't agree more. When I see the 2020 Hoyts I think is that PSE limbs, is that a string stop. What is in stall for 2021 twin cams? The parallel limbs was a jump forward. But people use to shoot good scores before. Strings are better now. In fairness I think this is the best target bow I have shot but we are trying to pick up a few points.

Please please please anyone watching this... do not shoot a compound without a tied in peep. Your eyes are worth more than this blokes a parent archery knowledge!!!!
If the peep has thick deep grooves where the string goes into then you don't need to tie the peep in, the string sits in the groove very comfortably and never comes out
ArcherBen1305 if you want to take that chance then please do but most decent archers and instructors wouldn’t advise shooting without it being tied in. It would only take 2 minutes to tie it in. It’s basic archery knowledge and this guy is promoting a really bad rule of shooting without it being tied in. Yes it may not come out... but what if it did and hit you in the eye. Most wouldn’t want to take the risk.
@@pellet_on_pellet I get what you mean, when I used the specialty peeps I always tied them in cause the grooves weren't that thick but ever since I switched to Hamskea, haven't had to tie in a peep since. The grooves are that thick the strings will never move out of them unless the bow gets dry fired which it never will under my watch lol but yea I get where you're coming from
@@bengibson502 it 100% will come out if you have a full or partial dry fire caused by a split nock, or cracked arrow even if tied in above and below. It happened to me. Never saw the hairline crack in the back off the arrow, it spat out the nock and my peep hit the riser and made a dent. It didn’t hit me, thankfully. Now I always tie in above, below and around. Always . Always. It just isn’t worth it. I also don’t let wraps get within 1cm of the back of the arrow so I can always inspect the carbon and I always used bushings and inspect nocks. That episode scared the sheet out of me; had it hit my eye, the peep would have trashed it.

When setting up the Focus XL for indoor. What arrows do you recommend and cut and point weight? Draw length at 29.5 and 60lbs draw weight ?

I've got the same (hooded peep) and an clarifier for my X-4 lens. Love it.
I use Trupeep sight. Works great.
