@WarOverload I run everyday like 3-4 km and do knee pushups ,sit-ups ,boxing well my diet is only stuff made by my mom, planks I used to do alot before but haven't done in a while will try to take more and more pushups,sit-ups, squat, shadow boxing challenges so I can have fun while getting better anyways man, STAY HARD!

I wake up on 4;45 on Saturdays to go to practice and my practice ends at 9 on friday, and there is an hour commute, then 30 minutes to eat and then 15 mins to shower and brush teeth, then 30 mins of stretching. Might as well sleep there
