Split into three sections this time? That's great, different from the normal that I've seen before for these types of Audios. I really like all three of these speeches and the build-up behind it, all though I usually go and talk about the person on these audios I have to mention the Audio this time, because it is really well put together and I can tell despite the fact that you aren't making this music yourself or speaking yourself, you have to be pretty decent at doing all of this to make it interesting and well-put together.
Now for David Goggins, he really always amazes me everytime he speaks. The fact that he can say things so fluently and great while even working out or running, completely tired is completely incredible. I think he's absolutely right that It's easy to be great in this time because everyone is weak, mainly the motivator of why I started running in the first place. I wouldn't have done that without him.
The hope factor really is a great example of the psychology of people, David Goggins completely countering that Psychology with his own is one of the many reasons why he's such a hard-worker, he doesn't hate that it's a Monday he loves that it's a Monday, he doesn't hate that it's Snowing and he has to go running, he loves that it's Snowing and he has to go running. You can't be closed minded to everything, and even if it hurts;If you have to do it, you have to man up and do it.
