Mike and Yvonne give a tour of the Ozone Bowling and Cinema Commercial Centre next to the Habaneras Shopping Centre on Avenida Rosa Mazon Volero in Torrevieja. It's well worth a visit as it has plenty of places to eat and drink and has lots of fun things to do. There are 20 bowling alleys, loads of arcade games and a pub in the Ozone bowling centre. There's a large Cinema showing all the latest films in English as well as Spanish. There is a KFC, Subway, Taco Bell, The Good Burger, Specsavers, Fashion Shops, Wok Buffet Chinese restaurant, Orenes sports bar, and an IMED health centre.

Nice vid again guys, hope you are both well and of course thanks for sharing. Am I the only one that sees the irony of having a medical centre and a dentist in among a whole bunch of fast food and fizzy drink outlets? Really useful, have yer dinner and fizzy drink, get the damage to yer teeth fixed and then go and have a stent put in to yer arteries. A proper night out! 😀👍
Hi Kev, yes, never thought about it that way but yes, it does now seem very handy to have all these "amenities" together. Saves on travel costs and time. Straight out of KFC and only 35 metres to The IMED Centre for treatment, LOL. All the best Mike and Yvonne.
The ozone area is literally just round the corner from our house. The bowling alley there is very good for a afternoon if the weather is bad.

Great videos, I'm currently in Turkey, Antalya. What are the perks of Spain in comparison? The higher living costs and taxes in Spain scare me off... Maybe you could do a comparison video of expat life in the two country's, since you've experienced both...
Hi yutubis, thanks for watching and for your comment. We have spent time in both but Turkey was over 7 years ago and we wouldn't be able to do a fair comparison of the two countries given the extreme changes in world fuel and food prices in the last few months and also having no current experience of Turkey. We probably need to do an updated version of our living costs episode in Spain of which we have first hand experience and we will plan to do that this year. Best wishes Mike and Yvonne.

Hi guys nice video have you had any requests or thoughts on showing local letting agencies for those of us who may think of renting a property for holiday or a couple of autumn/winter months might be quite popular as you being there shows who is actually there as online can be quite dodgy local agents may appreciate 👍good luck and keep posting your enjoyment

We have never had any dealings or know of any letting agencies but it does sound like a good idea for us to have a look around and see if there are any that are good reliable and safe. We always recommend Casas Espania at La Siesta in Torrevieja for buying properties but I'm pretty sure they don't do rentals anymore. We have recommended what we did before we bought, which was to use AirB&B, they have lots of cheap accommodation and some are long term, usually out of the tourist areas.
