Hi Fatal! Thanks for watching. Daughter had a good bday thanks! Yeah, check out some of my videos I put together. I put together a video montage of when I built the outside of the loft
@@ponderosalofts6851 its only my 3rd year having racing pigeons and all I have is a 8x4 loft so far the neighbors are cool with it. But it so hard to manage with limited space.
Hi, nails and glue may be cheaper, ie air nailer, push down on an angle to keep the top down, put the shevling flat on the concrete with weights keep them flat, the screw heads are big/ hole. ? the overall weight of the Pigeons is light, no need for 40x40 timbers 25x25mm better. woodworker for over 40 years hope this helps for costs, (seal the wood with linseed oil), stop the redmite. redmites will kill your Pigeons. @@ponderosalofts6851 Yes, I will probably do the same. Once I figure out what I like and race for a year or two, will build an actual loft from the ground up.
REALLY ENJOYED YOUR VIDEO- MAKING THINGS SIMPLE!!!!!
You're welcome. I hope the info helps
Happy birthday to your daughter brother! And the nest box are coming along nicely! Can’t wait to see the finish loft.

I’ve watch almost all you videos already brother. I enjoy them. Keep them coming!
Thanks brother! God bless you!
Where did you get the fronts??
Hi @panderosa lofts. Can those black hardware be screwed or do they need to be glued to the plywood?
I’m sure glue would be fine
They look great. I hope I can build a Loft just like yours but it probably freak out my neighbors lol
Hi Eric, yeah they tend to overreact sometimes. I live in a rural area in FL and no one really cares as long as it's not an eye sore.

My first loft was that size, you'll have to keep the number of birds to a low so they stay healthy.
Great video. Where did you buy the item you used as doors?

Thanx for sharing, after breeding season, I am redesigning my breeding section. I guess it is what we do!
Yeah man, it's never ending but I think this is it for me. I'm happy with my new loft - getting tired of building.

You really don’t need those frames for the floors you can just use brackets to mount them to the walls
Good point!
