This looks pretty delicious and looks like you could also make this into a mocktail for the kids or those who don't drink alcohol. Just skip the rum and sub out the blackberry liqueur for blackberry syrup or real blackberry puree and top off with club soda. I use alcohol free falernum and orgeat already. I'll have to give this one a shot this weekend. thanks! I haven't seen the new movie yet but it looks like fun.
Definitely gonna have to make this one too! I absolutely loved the movie as well. I may be biased because I'm such a huge Haunted Mansion fan, but I truly think they did a phenomenal job with it. I just hate that a) they didn't release it during Halloween season... and b) that it was released at a time that it's having to compete with other huge blockbuster movies. Not to mention the fact that the huge stars in this movie couldn't go promote it on the late night shows, etc, leading up to the release, due to the strike going on. I think all of these things combined have really hurt their numbers. Doesn't change the fact that it's a great movie though!
Exactly! It boggles my mind why they released in July and then decided it was a good idea to be released basically at the same time as MI: Dead Reckoning, Barbie and Oppenheimer.
