Since each pump has it's own wiring from the box to the pump you can use a multi meter to check voltage on the pins at the connector to see which ones are hot and which ones aren't. Then just unplug the connector at the box for the pump you want disabled. You can also trace the wires to the connector from the harness to the plug on the fuel hat but it's going to be easier just to use a volt meter.
@ so can I use a continuity test on the plugs that go into the fuel hat? The one that’s not plugged in under the hat shouldn’t have any continuity correct? Sorry not very good with wiring.
There’s really no best place to mount it. We’ve mounted the box in several places on cars of ours. As long as the wires on the output can reach the fuel hat you’re good to go. My 03 cobra has the box mounted in the spare tire well. Our 2022 GT500 it’s installed in the panel next to the rear seat. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
Not 100% sure what you're asking but yes the fuel hat assembly sits in the tank, however it has wiring on the top of it for the pumps. That is where The Box would get wired in. If you click the link in the description you can check out some pics! :)
It is not just a drop in replacement. It is for use in a return style configuration with the aftermarket fuel hat. This would replace the larger return harness that is usually used in those systems.
This is amazing technology 👏 thanks for bringing in the best performance parts for our pleasure! 🇺🇸
Thank YOU for the support!
What quality! Those power wires are yuuuuge!
That's what she said...
I need this 💪🏎
💯%bad ass kit 🤘👍and help
Great product. I need this. Now what do i do with the brand new old harness set up thats still in the box lol.
Keep it as a souvenir? lol
How can I tell what location the pumps that are plugged in. Don’t want to send power into the fuel tank without being plugged into a pump?

how the pump wiring from tank go the box if the fuel hat is on the tank? out of tank pump relocation or fabricating a hole or something?

does this replace the FPDM thats in the trunk?

are those real bricks?
No they're not. It's a panel made to look like bricks.
