My fearful avoidant ex monkey branched to another. He was nervous telling me and offered me friendship. I declined his offer, wished him well, and let him go without a tear. I texted him to return my possessions at his home, and thanked him for his help in my life. End of story. I processed my heartbreak and am healing. We were together four years in a mostly good relationship. His new love has emotional problems. I guess I was too healthy. Lol. Life is actually getting better for me without his emotional problems.

Through email. Everytime she tried to use emotional on me, I shut it down quickly and said not my problem anymore. I only want to deal with the kids and divorce. Funny how their actions causes a response far more severe than normal break up where we can be friends still. There’s no way I’ll be friends with a cheat.

Put pressure on her, asked her to reconsider etc. Nothing worked and today after 6 months apart I live with my son and I finally moved on, accepted that it's over and even if she would come back today I wouldn't take her.
