hiiiiii 🧚♀ sorry it's been a min. ngl this video took me 2 weeks to edit bc i had 6 hours of footage to go through. BUT I AM SO HAPPY IT'S HERE FINALLY!!!!!!!!! ily 💕
@brittanylupton excellent that you took the time to go through all your footage. It was worth the wait. Great job.. and agree ,mind over matter mental strength is needed. Love the energy. #nowarmupskip
a week of workouts videos always motivate me so much, thank you!! i tend to always lose motivation extremely easy and i hate that about myself. I was doing super well for two weeks straight, doing all of the exercises and not skipping cardio but i already stopped doing that and now i dont wanna go to the gym (i still go but dont give my best)
i struggle with motivation loads of days too! it is so hard to stay consistent. please know you are not the only one and give yourself grace while you're trying to build the habits and discipline. 🥺 even though each workout isnt the BEST, you are still going, so count that as a win!! set some goals, focus on them, and remind yourself how bad you want them next time your motivation is lacking :)
Brittany, it is truly awesome to see you back in your running era! I cannot wait to see you compete in your first ever 5K and soon a 10K and even a Half Marathon! I have been running twice a day (most of the time before work and during lunch break although sometimes timing may change; 3 Miles each typically but sometimes longer) more often to get the max sunlight benefits on these shorter daylight days. Most importantly, I always have a heart to always show up and aim to crush many new goals no matter how good or rough my day turns out. You are truly an inspiration! Keep inspiring me and your entire community with all you do! 💞💞
Thank you so much for this video! I’m going to put a lot of this into action for myself! You are such an inspiration! Also, your back looks AMAZING!! 🔥
@@BrittanyLupton I was just thinking this morning how helpful a video on correcting imbalances would be! Like the types of exercises that really don't allow you to compensate and force you to correct etc- something like that with tips would be great!
Yay another great work out video split, I love it!! Also if your leg extension are taken you can do different exercises on the cable for quads, like for example you can lay down on your arms and put your ankle straps on and put the cable thing on the bottom and lift your legs up and the other one is you get a bench and sit on it and have the ankle straps on you and extend it with the cable underneath the bench😉☺️🥰love you girl!🫶
First, that gym is SICK! I’d love to workout there. Second, doing chess press and incline flys, your lower back was curved and lifted off the seat. I always thought I needed to have my back flat against the bench. Is that not the case? Your form looked like that’d be painful on the lower back. I’m curious about it!
Yes the gym is so cool 🥹 and yes i do arch for both of those! It depends on each persons training goals and experience, but arching your back helps you keep your shoulder blades in place and anchored, which makes you more stable on the bench. it also helps me drive with my legs. it does not hurt my lower back, but some might be more comfortable being flat especially if just starting out! 🩵
As personal trainer i hope you may find this usefull- You might want to work at your own pace. So maybe first few weeks do 30mins, stop when you feel nauseous. Rest. Eat. Hydrate but keep consistent. Then next month up to 35 mins. Next up to 40mins. Etc to an hour. Its okay ❤ Your body will adapt. A lot of new clients even vomit cos they are so decondition. And they thought they are weak i just explain that their body needs time and now they can go one an hour of intensity and feel absolutely great. So be kind to yourself ya ❤

Looking great girl! Thank you for sharing. Can you tell me what song you used for your upper body workout? (11:15)

Hello Brittany, where are your shoes from? I am looking for slip on comfortable to train. Thanks
Now that you are in Florida, you should do a meet up with Brynley… it would be a fun video…
I love her! She’s been on my podcast- but i agree, we need to get together some time!!!
