For the baseball caps, in a casual situation they're OK, but in more formal events, it's best to go for no hat or something like a bowler hat. As for sunglasses indoors, that should be on a case by case basis. If you have a light sensitivity condition, it's okay to wear sunglasses inside brightly lit rooms and buildings. It's also ok if your hands are tied, taped or cuffed behind your back and thus you can't remove the sunglasses.

She asked if I was going to church (on a Thursday??), and when I said, "No", she asked why I was "All dressed up."
I was in a Marshall's with my girlfriend and there was couple, probably 40-45 y/o. The woman was very attractive , dressed very well casually and it appeared she took care of her body. The guy was someone who probably spent more time in the gym when he was younger but he wasn't obese but could lose a few. I told my girlfriend if I ever got to the point where I thought something like that was ok to wear outside the home she has my permission to put me out of my misery.
With 75 years under my belt Antonio these suggestions have to be oriented toward those with a lack of common sense, still rather juvenile range. Now, to be honest, I do not dress well, mostly because I do not have the income to support the type of style you demonstrate. I think what you have done is great and helpful to those who lace the perspicuity to recognize appropriate style of dress, and also regarding the things women are captivated by. Juvenile and misogynistic in many cases. They click on to "20 things men wear that disgust women", and then they take the time to reply with " I don't care what women like",when something they wear comes up!They don't see the irony.Sadly a few comments are disguised under this 'Red Pill' nonsense. The fact that it is themselves with the problem goes right over their heads. It's really nice to see someone who's been in a 52 year marriage.I hope you are both happy and healthy.Oh,my number one, don't know what your wife thinks, is tight trousers on men. They don't have the shape for them. They would be banned if i had my way!
Usually there’s a comment like “Hurr durr, what if the guy is blind” or “My glasses are prescription”, etc. Well, if he’s blind, he’s probably walking with a stick, or a seeing eye dog, but if he’s walking around indoors without any sight help, more than likely, he’s NOT BLIND. As for the prescription stuff, they’re called transitions lenses and should lighten within three minutes of entering a building. If thirty minutes have gone by, then that excuse doesn’t wash. Other eye disorders are so infinitesimally remote that they’re probably statistical anomalies and still don’t disprove Antonio’s overall assessment.
Basically if someone drew you and you looked like a GTA loading screen that's probably a turn off, also if you look like you could be on the cover of a country trucker magazine it would also not be good
Although very few times I have done this, I am guilty of or wanting to wear sunglasses in doors due to bright lights and my sensitivity to flashing light. I do feel like it makes me look like a douche, but I also feel like blinking and dry puffy eyes is not a better look. I can see why celebrities want to keep their eyes protected from flashing cameras.
Good times watching this video! But no short sleeves? Regardless of what ladies think, I am wearing them. I do get that if you personally don't like them, but it gets hot in the south where I live and I especially wear polos in the summer.
For short sleeves it's all about the fit. It's good if the sleeves are a little tight and kinda higher on your triceps. It's cool if the chest is visible but if it's a lil tight over the bottom then you look like a sausage.
I'd like to add these to the list of things that make you look like a twat; 21. Vaping 22. Board shorts when you're not at the beach (very common here in Australia) 23. Over-sized watches 24. Over-sized ear piercings 25. Facial piercings 26. Tatts on your hands or face 27. Dreadlocks on white dudes. They don't make you look the Twins from the Matrix Reloaded. They make you look homeless.
@SigmaWolf I specifically said boardies when you're not at at the beach. That means inland miles from the sea, not literally on the sand. Oh, and Jesus probably never existed, so I'm not sure he's much of an example.
You got a point I also live in a very humid area, I like to buy a thin long sleeve shirts then I pull the sleeves up so it looks better and keeps me cool
The take away of this video is that there’s no reason to be poorly dressed these days, if you follow this channel and follow people like the gentlemen’s gazette. Men, it is time to step it up and look sharp 😎
well being MGTOW, I live life for myself (not women). so, i'll be taking the exact opposite advice that you gave. i don't want a woman trapping me, divorcing me, and then taking half. the juice is no longer worth the squeeze.
My wife hates when older men wear matching track pants and zippered jackets, especially with the four white stripes up the side of the legs. Too "aging gangster". Heck, what am I supposed to jog around the block in? She says the only thing missing is chest fur, gold chains, and Cadillac. I said, "I'm still working on it".

- i think knitted sweaters are perfectly fine, i love them. - too many patterns might spoil an outfit. i'd say 2 is fine. 3 may or may not work, depending on the wearer's knowledge and how he puts them together - wearing sunglasses indoors and at night is a super clown move. idc who the person is. just take them off. only exception would be if we are indoors but near a window and there is significant light coming in, i.e. in a train or in a cafe, right by the glass wall/window, then it's fine to leave them on. otherwise, please get rid of them. you can put on colourless lenses instead! - lastly, i think crocs are a better choice than slippers. why? at least they keep our toes hidden. but ofc, they should only be worn to do very specific things only like gardening, pool, beach.
I think a cable knit v neck or crew neck looks great. Shawls are fine too. Definitely no big logos or big chunky sneakers with jeans or slacks. Caps should be replaced with motoring caps, paper boy caps or even trilby. Do not mix checks. One check pattern only in an outfit unless it's a scarf. Not too long (or too short) trousers or shirt cuffs. Digital watches are unacceptable. Please Match the colour of your shoes, man bag and belt shows taste and fine colour coordination. They don't have to be exactly the same shade but should be close within. Do not under any circumstances wear a short sleeve shirt under a jacket.
@LeopoldoNotarianni-rk9vv good tips. I think one can wear multiple checks provided he knows how to put them together. It doesn't have to be one, but it shouldn't exceed 3. Matching leather is a tasteful move like you said, but matching the bag....not always necessary either. Wearing short sleeve - many ppl wear short sleeve polo with jackets and when done right, looks fine. As for short sleeve shirt, trickier, but in some cases some men can pull that off as well. I guess it comes down to how we can bend some of the rules carefully and stylishly without breaking them.
@@SansAziza In my opinion, if you're wearing yoga pants, you'd better be working out, or doing yoga. If you're a man that's wearing gym shorts, or track bottoms, you'd better be wearing them for the appropriate activity you're doing. I have to agree with the sunglasses one. But the problem for me is that I wear prescription sunglasses, I have really bad vision. So unless I'm carrying my regular glasses constantly, then I find myself wearing sunglasses when I leave the house to go shopping or something and I'm indoors. Yes I could solve that problem easily by carrying my glasses, but I don't always want to carry a massive case around with me.
I wear my sunglasses at night and indoors because I am visually impaired. Lights, strobes laser beams etc in clubs really hurts me. Women and guys can be way to quick to judge. Good List though.
I totally get that. I have a history of seizures so I can't drive and if I have to go somewhere at night, bright lights and the flashing of repetitive oncoming headlights is not so conducive to my good health (for those who don't know, flashing and bright lights can trigger seizures) so wearing sunglasses if at night could be a real life saver for some people; even literally so and myself included particularly on the night time bike rides, which I love. Plus, I like how my shades look on me (it isn't like I bought something to wear that I hate how I look while wearing).
@@strythe7612 I am sure that your glasses never result in you being judged, since you are not swaggering around showing them off. While you don't need to justify yourself, if someone you are meeting for the first time seems to be noticing them, a few words is all it takes.
Parker Yet that dude can get laid with about any women he wants. We are men. We don’t get judged by what we wear or how we look. We get judged by how we are, how we act, and our over all status. It’s not everyday a man looks at another man’s shoes. Good eye contact and a good handshake are good indicators or a good man. Not nice shoes or a nice jacket.
I agree about most of it apart from "You're gonna get compliments" regarding suede boots, no one in my age group 25-27 gives a rats ass about suede. I think it looks super slick and sexy. Most of them either don't care or hate on it. So yeah.
I love long sleeves.I wear them all the time, even in summer. I always say "You can roll a long sleeve up if it's hot but you can't roll a short sleeve down if it's cold."
Long sleeves all year, I only unroll them when wearing coats/jackets so the first thing I do when I take them off is rolling up the sleeves, even when it's cold. Ladies really really like that 😏.
I was eating dinner at a little japanese restaurant one night, wearing my sunglasses, and a woman a few tables away loudly proclaimed to the rest of the people at her table how people wearing sunglasses indoors was her biggest pet peeve. I had just paid my check and my wife and I were standing up to leave. I reached over and picked up my long white cane. I'm blind... Her entire table went dead quiet as they realized what had just happened. I politely smiled and gave them a little nod as I walked out the door. Oh to be a fly on the wall afterward.
Have to agree, often strongly agree, with most of these men's wear tips. Except for short sleeves. Too bad to any and all women who don't like them. The 'freedom to bare arms' applies to both men and women, as long as what you have to show is attractive. On not having patterns clash in a suit or sport jacket, this is true. Think of which one item: shirt, jacket or tie, is going to make the 'statement,' and build around that. Have a bold tie? Match it with a plain shirt and jacket. Busy sport jacket? Wear a plain-colour shirt and tie. Loud shirt? Many are tasteful, but they need a plain tie and jacket to make the wearer's 'statement.' My own 'fashionably-worn-out' jean shorts are relegated to cutting the lawn and yard work. No place else. The rude message on a teeshirt? Certainly true. Why would a man (or woman for that matter) want such a message to be their first impression? Pants, or an entire outfit, that look like they have been put on with a spray can are not only uncomfortable, but a prospective wearer should ask him/herself, 'Why would I want to do this?' Good advice in this video.
I wear whatever the hell I want to wear. Screw whatever anyone else thinks. Confidence in who you are and where you are heading in life is the best way to attract all types of people. Be authentic, and be you, and step out with pride.
Loved this video i actually ask my wife and take her opinion when i buy clothes or even when i dress up for any occasion Women really have a very nice taste with men's clothing
@@RealMenRealStyle Great Videos Mr Antonio , your videos helped me to get a deeper understanding of mens clothing & accessories . Great work and presentation .
Wtf I've been using my hiking boots with jeans all this winter , they are worm , comfortable , dry when rainy and I feel good using them. I don't quite agree on that point
The girl who I was going out with was perfectly happy about me wearing leather jeans, so that we could go for a ride after dinner. Everything went fine, until I mentioned that riding a motorbike was not what I had in mind and I did not even own one.. PS, although the date did not work out too well, she still married me the following year. LOL
Wearing sunglasses at night or indoors is all about confidence. If you have the confidence to pull it off be simply not caring what others think, then it works. Also wearing them indoors is a good way of telling people you want to be left alone. It's also handy for people watching as you can have your head in one direction while subtly looking in another.
I whole heartedly agree that, "men don't need to dress for women"! What women or even other men think is of no consequence. Dress for yourself and for what you enjoy! If you do, your confidence and pride are what makes the statement.
It's alright, no problem ! I was watching some style videos from France and they have mentioned they don't like short sleeve shirts. I did check some pictures I took in Paris during summer (hot as hell) and the men were wearing long sleeve shirts with the sleeves rolled up, or t-shirts or polos.
I agree with most of these. Am good with patterns, but I honestly don't wear many. I love short sleeved shirts, though I do have the arms for it. I like a pair of jeans that are a bit frayed, to me it's a similar look to ripped jeans, just a bit classier. Also, love my Vasque boots - great looking casual boot and ridiculously comfy. That settles it, today, I'm going to wear my short sleeved multi-pattern shirt with some frayed jeans and my Vasques - kidding, that would be a terrible combination...
@referral madness I guess we can test them on the first date and find out, I will still have to find a test that works... Probably something to do with the way they dress, we can pinpoint some flaws in the way they dress, if they start arguing, then just get up and leave... It seems a bit farfetched but it could work.
On the sunglasses issue, I'd say most shouldn't. Unless you can pull it off. My style is always sharp, but I'll vary from more conservative, to wilder patterns and real bold colors when the mood strikes me. When I have done the shades, I'll do a much lighter gradient tinted lens, not the jet black or mirrored type. It allows me to still flex a throwback suited-'n-booted style, while allowing people to still easily make eye contact while talking with me. I know that they'll feel that they're in the presence of someone quite fashionable, but I also make a point for anyone I meet to see that I'm very approachable, not stuck up, and still happy to connect with everyone around me. I hope this helps, and have fun on your stylish quests 😁
Thought it was funny when I started watching this. My wife does not like guys in brown leather jackets. She said it is like guys wearing cowboy hats. I guess you can not please all of the ladies.
1 big mistake...men dont wear caps to protect their hair or cover up they're bald. Often they wear a cap so they don't have to do their hair. It's an easy fix out of bed kinda deal.
I'm bald and I only wear a baseball cap to keep my head warm in the cooler seasons you can look stylish without hair. As for the women who find bald men unattractive I don't give a damn.
"As for the women who find bald men unattractive, I don't give a damn." Sure, bro. 😄 I'll do anything to keep my hair. Get a second job to pay for hair transplantation, anything. You wouldn't find a woman with no hair attractive, would you?
@@SFVnative actually I do find women with cropped hair attractive. It doesn't suit everyone but there are female celebrities ie Sinead O'connor singer, Annie Lennox singer, Persis Khambatta actress/model in StarTrek the motion picture Charlize Theron in Max Max and recently Evangeline Lilly cropped and grey looks sexy.
I never do this, but one of the points in here I would contradict is sunglasses indoors or at night. Not regular sunglasses that are made to block light, but there are types of shades that are very very lightly tinted and might be shaped to be smaller than your typical shades. These are more for people who are into streetwear or artist type people. I WOULD NOT recommend this to someone who is going for a more formal look. But if you are building style around a leather jacket or jean jacket, these types of lightly tinted indoor shades can really make you look pretty cool as long as you have the confidence to pull it off!!
Most men don't look like Toni Mahfud. I discovered him a couple of days ago. Btw I found out he's an Arab from both sides of the family, he lives in germany though. Wars are terrible. Many of our people had to leave.(those who could at least.)
Guys, at the end of the day, women will judge the man not the clothing. Getting fashion right won’t hide the fact that you’re not working towards goals, self improvement, physical fitness, etc. Videos like this just play at your emotions to think you need hair to be successful with women, YOU DON’T! If you’re a fraud with good fashion and hair, a quality woman will sniff you out a mile away!
I use to dress well for everything from mowing the lawn to everyday work / office however at 50+ I now dress for comfort most days and to the nines in the NYC financial district or elite occasions. The key is being you and if that is cargo shorts and home made tank top - you go (not me but close on a nice day). If you dress for them (everyone else), you're doing it wrong. Just like everything else - truly put value in who you are and dress and present yourself accordingly and you'll never go wrong! I see a lot of posers and when I speak with them, they confirm it!
@@RealMenRealStyle 1.) Bedazzled anything. Makes girls look like little girls and is not functional at all. 2.) Short dresses, they will call a lot of unnecessary attention and are not functional. If you have to worry every-time you bend over to pick up something you might need a longer skirt and worse people can read into your choices. Honestly I think functionality is the most forgotten aspect in female fashion. Many of the things that women claim to be fashionable are not functional at all.
I think you can wear a vest, say herringbone with the same pattern and color as a jacket and odd trousers. That would technically break the rule of similar/matching patterns right next to each other, but would still look good.
Don’t wear worn out clothing! I agree. People that buy distressed clothes (jeans with rips) are posers. The clothing FEELS better if you wrecked it yourself to build its character.
I’m 48 and I’ve been shaving my head since Jan 2014 ...I have no regrets I look more manly with a neatly trimmed beard I get compliments all the time. Putting work into your body like working out and eating healthy also helps
Happened to me starting at 22. That was before all the really effective products available now, so I just got over myself and started shaving the dome. That how I found out that the most attractive quality women find in a man is quiet self-confidence.
At least you can be Xeno now. On a serious note, rock it. Many women love men who rock their baldness. If you're losing hair and aren't bald, shave it. Be confident. My father and uncle both are bald and have been for longer than my 21 years alive, and they rock it like stars. But most importantly, find out what you want to do with it, and be confident with your decision.
I have to disagree with baseball caps and somewhat for wornout clothes. I don’t wear hats often but I do wear a trucker hat occasionally. As for worn out clothes, I agree you shouldn’t wear them all the time but when I’m working in the garage or at school in my welding class as long as it’s not a fire hazard I’ll wear it cause I don’t wanna ruin my nicer clothes.
Another great video. I agree with most of these. But, I am not a big fan of mixing patterns. Just my personal preference. For the record, no sunglasses at night or indoors. I've always felt people that did that, had a confidence problem. They didn't want people to see their eyes or were just trying to look like a bad @ss, but knew they weren't.
Suit Selling Angie thoughts: --Anything skinny (jeans or suit) looks feminine and soyboyish. Don't. ---Keep accessories to a minimum. A nice adult watch and a wedding ring (if married). No string, copper bracelets, leather bands, earrings. Understated elegance trumps bling. I've served thousands of customers, and those men that stood out wore classically coordinated clothes. Fair enough! I'm sure you rock it!
For short sleeves it's all about the fit. It's good if the sleeves are a little tight and kinda higher on your triceps. It's cool if the chest is visible but if it's a lil tight over the bottom then you look like a sausage.

- i think knitted sweaters are perfectly fine, i love them.
- too many patterns might spoil an outfit. i'd say 2 is fine. 3 may or may not work, depending on the wearer's knowledge and how he puts them together
- wearing sunglasses indoors and at night is a super clown move. idc who the person is. just take them off. only exception would be if we are indoors but near a window and there is significant light coming in, i.e. in a train or in a cafe, right by the glass wall/window, then it's fine to leave them on. otherwise, please get rid of them. you can put on colourless lenses instead!
@LeopoldoNotarianni-rk9vv good tips.

So dont go to places like that

It's alright, no problem ! I was watching some style videos from France and they have mentioned they don't like short sleeve shirts. I did check some pictures I took in Paris during summer (hot as hell) and the men were wearing long sleeve shirts with the sleeves rolled up, or t-shirts or polos.
Well, knowing the rules also means that you know when to break them....
I agree with most of these. Am good with patterns, but I honestly don't wear many. I love short sleeved shirts, though I do have the arms for it. They also don't like to be wrong... and i don't see them changing that for us anytime soon...

1 big mistake...men dont wear caps to protect their hair or cover up they're bald. Often they wear a cap so they don't have to do their hair. It's an easy fix out of bed kinda deal.
I'm bald and I only wear a baseball cap to keep my head warm in the cooler seasons you can look stylish without hair. As for the women who find bald men unattractive I don't give a damn.
I've never heard of any woman finding a bald man unattractive. It most often comes with the man sporting a bald head that's the trouble !!

Sadly some men experience hair-fall by the age of 25 :(
Well now you know how you can address this issue!
My buddy was one of those guys. I convinced him to just shave it. He now enjoys not having to care for hair anymore.
Happened to me starting at 22. That was before all the really effective products available now, so I just got over myself and started shaving the dome. That how I found out that the most attractive quality women find in a man is quiet self-confidence.
I knew a guy who went fully bald at 17. It wasn’t alopecia, it was male pattern baldness.
