Planetary view: do you know, that you can right click on tile to build districts?
I mostly spam my planet full with manufacturing districts (that can be replaced later very fast) to speed up the construction of wonders
When you use the telescope you want to find a triangle of stars and click right in the middle of them. This will expose all 3 stars at once and you will learn a lot more from it, never ever click right on a star.

You are right. There are no green stars in the real universe. Where the green stars should be there are the yellowish suns with white light.
