Thank you chechi for the recipe...dis is one of my favorite items from bakery.but i have a doubt..the biscuits came out well initially but after storing it became soft and now it's not crispy as we get it from shops.what can be done to make it stay crispy for a longer period of time

Soji Varghese I first kept for 20 min at 140 C but it didn’t baked well ,again kept for 5 min 140C, but didn’t get the crispy texture later kept for 5 Min at 180 C. Basically pls keep on checking in intervals to get the right texture. May b u find a better way
