Although I have posted comments for quite a few of your recipes, I had never explained my true passion for your style of delivering various recipes until today. I live in Saudi Arabia with my parents. Back then, (when you had started your channel in 2013) I was in grade 11th and I still remember my mom watching every single recipe of yours! I was never fond of cooking and somehow after watching your recipes every day, I gradually gained my passion for cooking. I love the way you have included all sort of recipes in your channel ranging from traditional kerala cuisines of course to the western type, which makes us younger generations to focus on simpler to challenging snacks especially bread items, sandwiches, Iftar dishes and lots and lots of other sweets, snacks and curries. I truly love and respect your humble and kind attitude in your style of presentation. The only difference I can see in your latest recipe videos Vs the older ones is that, back then you used to smile very less, but now I can see that you have made all of us smile and remain being pleasant everytime we watch your videos. Despite the hundreds of culinary youtube channels hosted by Keralites from different parts of the world, the one and only youtuber whom I had been admiring and continue to remain as my “Mentor in Cooking” would be you dear chechi, after my Mom!!
