@@Blondefire_HeyBlondie I'm guessing both batteries were from Hoppers you killed, and they got yeeted out-of-bounds. Or it's from the ones that never made it out of the monster-hatch.
You wanna talk about anxiety, every time you turn your back to an area you know has an active threat and go into your menu or something, that spikes my anxiety. :D I only played one of the demos, but if I were to play the full game I'd turn cyberspace difficulty to lowest. It's just not fun at all.
The enemies appear to have specific areas they guard so I’m not too fussed about discovery. Although there is the occasional surprise… 😱 Cyberspace is just button spam. It’d be a stretch to say it’s not fun, but there are moments which have cheap enemy placement or a contrived wave of overwhelming death. These moments definitely drag it down, and I wouldn’t begrudge anyone lowering the difficulty for cyberspace. It’s admirable that ND included that option (I can’t recall if this was present in the original game).
@@Blondefire_HeyBlondie The original had the same difficulty settings options, I believe. I think they did a good job portraying cyberspace given what's in the original, and it's certainly pretty, I just didn't enjoy it personally.
38:30 Man, if only you had some sort of crowd control weapon, like some kind of thrown explosive or something. Maybe you'll find something eventually. :D I love all the little greeblies and details on the station, but man it makes you feel like you're missing something every couple steps.
The environment is so noisy at times that I’ve dismissed logs and grenades as ambient lights. I like the design but it would probably help the experience if it were pared back a little.
The machine wants two digits, 0 then 3.
The machine might get an industrial spanner instead.
@@Blondefire_HeyBlondie LOL!
I may be wrong, but the Garbage Chute is where items that clip through the map end up.
It’s interesting that they check for it. I would have expected stuff to just spawn near where it clipped out.

I’m guessing the monster hatch. Nice touch, tbh.
