Hey Mr. Fowler. Thanks my friend. Had a slow good day. Haha! They were slow to bite but stayed with em and got a nice pile of fish. Thanks for watching and your support.
Great video Jimmy. I went for a couple hours today. After noon today the wind got up and it got cold. I found some fish, but couldn't get them to bite. I was using Sid's jigs.
Hey Ken. Glad you enjoyed the video. Bud, that ole wind is gonna drive us all crazy. Hard to fish the Rez with a stiff wind. Right now the fish are so slow to bite with the cold weather and the water temp falling so fast. Next month will be pre spawn and the fish will be jumping in your boat to get your jig.
Another great video brother. I’m glad you were able to catch them, they have lockjaw on lake Talquin in Tallahassee Florida. They are all black crappie and these fronts really affect them. Be safe my friend.
Hey CF. Glad you enjoyed the video. I think everyone is reporting the same thing. Fish seems almost dormant. But you stay with them you can get a nice mess and a few monsters. I agree, those black crappie are affected way more than the whites. Thanks for watching and your support.
Good lord man. My heart goes out to you. I think we are going to get some of that next week. Here in the south we usually give it a warm welcome. I hope that holds up. It don’t look good right now though. Thanks for watching my friend and your support.
Hey Rod. Glad you enjoyed the video. That is a #4 egg shaped split shot. The reason I use that size is because the jig is slightly faster than the jig so they don’t twirl around and get tangled up. Thanks for watching and your support.
Yes Sir got some pretty gooduns. I think the biggest was a 16.5”. There was plenty of fish just real slow. But got a nice mess in the livewell. Had a lot of fun for sure. Thanks for watching my friend and your support.
Really nice fish…..

Looking good, got all the way up to 33° up here today. We’re having a heat wave up here.😢

Enjoyed the video! Very informative!
What size weight were you using to help you get down to them?

Look at the fish
Hey Billy. Yes Sir, fish! You all froze in?
See some big ones down there.

You got enough layers on
Hey Nash. Did at first. “COLD”. The sun warmed it right up after a little bit.
