I'm going to have to try them with nutmeg next time ❤❤. I already put cinnamon on mine apples. My mom always put her Grannysmith apples in white grape juice and some water and my grandma use to do the same thing so I had already started that way but I definitely want to try yours. ❤

I tried apples in an iron pan and my apples turned very dark. Suggestions?

It could be that particular pan. It may need to be reseasoned. Try them in a different pan. I’ve never had that happen to me.
