Teenagers of the Renaissance would have been drawn to this, and no doubt their parents would have objected to the volume at which it was played.
Anne Boleyn would have had the court rocking to this tune. I have a feeling she was little like a young Angelina Jolie for her time. When she first arrived at court she had everyone spell bound. I see this as her main song.
This is a medieval parody of a 80's song with a joke about the renaissance and a second comment on Mozart. All written in the 21st century.

[Verse 1]
Hark! I had found myself
In the midst of a lonely railroad track (Thunder)
I gazed around
And to my horror, I knew there was no turning backeth (Thunder)
Countless thoughts passed through my mind,
And I thought to myself, what could be done? (Thunder)
And I knew
eth then
There was a distinct lack of aid, certainly no assistance from thou (Thunder)
There in the distance, the sound of drums
Beateth within my still heart
And the crashing thunder of the guns
Tore my spirit in 'twain
[Chorus]
Thou hast been - thunderstruck
[Verse 2]
Gallantly, I traversed the highway
Breaking the lawful limit as all of us arrived in the town
We galloped along into Texas
Yea, Texas, and there we had us a bit of amusement
We chance to meet some fair maidens
Some exotic dancers who made our stay worthwhile
We had broken all the laws of the land and assumed the places of all the foolish,
Yea-yea, they, they, they astounded us beyond words
[Pre-Chorus]
I stood upon my trembling knees,
Would you kindly permit me to return?
Yea, the maidens were most humble
[Chorus]
Thou hast been - thunderstruck, thunderstruck
Yea-yea-yea, thunderstruck
O, thunderstruck
Yea
[Bridge 1]
I stood upon my trembling knees,
Would you kindly permit me to return?
Huzzah!
[Solo]
[Chorus]
Thunderstruck, thunderstruck
Yea-yea-yea, thunderstruck
Thunderstruck, yea, yea, yeah
I sayeth
[Bridge 2]
Yea, it's quite alright
We are all doing well
Yeah, Yea, it's quite alright
We are all doing well, most certainly well
[Chorus]
Thunderstruck, yea-yea-yea
Thunderstruck, thunderstruck, thunderstruck
Hark, beauty, beauty (Thunderstruck)
Thou hast been thunderstruck, thunderstruck
Thunderstruck, thunderstruck
