    ▶ About this video:
    So what is quality assurance?
QA is proactive - it aims at preventing issues before they are detected in the product.
    What’s product quality control?
QC is a reactive approach, focused on the end product, its functionality, interface, and performance.
In this video, we'll describe their differences. Although QA and QC are independent units, we cannot split these two processes. In Jelvix QA and QC cooperate in a cycle. Once QA is done with the first interaction of optimization, they communicate the insights to QC. Then QC comes back to the product, and the cycle continues.

Excellent information and layout! One very noticeable area for improvement: Every single visual example of humans interacting in this video showed a man leading the other participants, except one - the very last one shows a woman leading the conversation. In other words, 9 out of 10 times the video indicates that young men are the primary knowledge experts in workplaces, particularly where QA and QC are concerned. There were very few people over 40 years old, failing to value experience over youthful enthusiasm.
    Suggestion to overcome this oversight:
In today's cultural understanding of the importance of inclusivity and representation, please consider choosing visual examples that demonstrate women leading the conversation, not just always men, and include people of a broader age range. At the end of the day, how we represent gender and age in the workplace matters as it sends a message about who does what, who is more important and can reinforce gender stereotypes and ageism.
    Thank you.

Interesting observation. I’ve been an electronics tech for my first 3 years after undergrad school, then moved to QC inspector now for 5 years at two different companies. It is definitely a female dominated area. It’s not a good thing or a bad thing. Both females and males can be hard to work with if their ego and pride is weird and take everything personal.
Btw, in this work sector, working with women over 40 years old is a nightmare.
