🌿 Sada Shuchitwa Arekere - Shahi x Saahas initiative on Waste Management
The project has successfully improved the waste management system at the multi-dwelling units near Arekere Lake, Bengaluru. It achieved 90% waste segregation, reduced waste dump spots, and enhanced cleanliness in the layouts surrounding the Lake.
Security guards monitored residents' dry and wet waste segregation 🗑️, while homeowners supported door-to-door awareness sessions. The project, in collaboration with Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike officials, local residents, and dedicated volunteers, made a lasting impact, bringing cleanliness to the community.
