Bangalore North is slowly growing up towards Tumkur and Devanahalli. Most of the Financial Hub and Manufacturing Hub are slowly migrating to North Rural Bangalore due to Land Avaibility. Like KPMG, IKEA, Aerospace, Foxconn, GE Veranova etc.,
Indiranagar - Too Expensive! Basavangudi - Not too many IT Companies Sadashivnagar - Only Celebrities, and Politicians. Very Expensive Whitefield - Not in Bengaluru😅 Banashankari - Almost outskirts of Bengaluru HSR Layout - Very good locality to purchase a property here!! Rajajinagar - Too far from the IT Companies Ulsoor - Too crowded, no parking space. Malleshwaram - Too small roads, and too much crowd. But good to live here. Bellandur- Too much traffic. Most of my life will be spent in Traffic.
Basaangudi and Rajajinagara are far from IT companies but well connected with metro Banashankari extends from Jayanagar to NICE road. It is best residential area with not much traffic issues. HSR is as expensive as Koramangala or Indiranagara I agree with rest.
Surprisingly Jayanagar, JPN not in the list. 1st block( especially close to Ashoka pillar) with it's proximity to Lalbagh and acres of Nurseries, so are other parts of Jayanagar makes it one of the best localities to live. 😊
Prices have doubled in Sarjapur, Varthur, Whitefield areas in last 1 year. 50-60 lakhs flats are now available in 1.2 crore plus. Nothing affordable for single person earning or a middle class family.
I think Koramangala, Jayanagara and JP Nagara are missing in this list. Whitefield, Halasooru and Bellanduru needs to be dropped. They are not livable or meant for residential areas.
How can you conclude by NOT mentioning Jayanagar which is one of the best layouts with wide roads,big parks and also Metro Connectivity.I am very disappointed with your thesis! 8:09
