    im deciding between the intuos medium or intuos small pro. the pro medium is too big the drawing area is fine but has too much on the sides not very portable

    Great video. Does the nib tip rotate around when you use it or is it tight and doesn't move?

    I have never used a screen less tablet for drawing, how hard is it to find and ink over your lines looking at another screen?

    Looks like you're quite a fan of Star Wars ;)

    Helpful video! :) Are you saying that the Intuos Pro has a rougher surface than the Intuos consumer tablet? Or are they both the same in that respect? I used to have an Wacom tablet, maybe 10 years ago, and the one thing I really disliked about it was the slipperiness of the pen on the tablet surface.

      Yes, the Pro has a rougher surface.

    Helpful review, I've been thinking about getting my first pen/tablet for photo editing. Stoopid question: how do you get the pen to start at the right place? I mean, don't you have to touch the pen to the pad and adjust to find the right place, and then doens't it lay down some 'ink' at the wrong target?

    • @pdgiddie
      @pdgiddie 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It actually detects the pen a short distance above the surface, so you can hover the pen above the surface to find the correct point before putting the pen down.

      @@pdgiddie I imagined that might be the case, thanks! Now I have to decide between small and medium....!

      @@rlfisher I'm literally making the same decision 😆 I think I've decided to go for the small.

      @@pdgiddie I think so, too. Here's a great video that suggests medium if you have dual monitors (I do not), otherwise small.

    Silly question here: Wacom One vs Wacom Intuos Pro? Aside from the screen, is the Intuos geared more towards professionals? Everything about the Intuos seems better except you have to get used to watching your line on the monitor. Am I missing something?

      @Cinelinx  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry for the late response! The pro certainly has more features and quick key buttons (that you can program). There's also greater fidelity in terms of pressure sensitivity. The One is still an excellent tablet, and if you're just getting started or need something cheap, you can get the job done with it just fine.
