    Thank you I enjoyed this. Any tips for those who want to strengthen feet but are unable to squat down so low? thanks

      Yes, you can put something underneath your heels, such as two yoga blocks, a bolster or firm cushions. This will make it easier to squat. And you also don't have to go down so low to get the benefits as well.
