in fortuna there's also a spot. on deimos the standing works different because you have to trade in tokens from daughter, son, mother, father or grandmother and otak (if i don't mess up his name). i usually go for the mother tokens becaude the lvl 40 bounty is done in no time and gives around 130 tokens. and in the time you do the bounty and wait for the next stage, you can capture animals or do mining /fishing. there's enough time for that
You're right, some open world zones don't have a clear mechanic to reset spawns. Usually, players have to leave and re-enter the zone or complete the ongoing mission to reset the spawns. Some zones may feel more convenient, but others can be slower in that regard.
