I was impressed with how many systems you designed for a jam game. I do think it's better in jams to focus on fleshing out one mechanic and really polishing it / making it fun, but there's absolutely merit in doing something unexpected. I think you achieved that. You should absolutely be proud of what you accomplished!
Gotta say, the sheer volume of features you implemented in such a short time is wildly impressive. Yeah, you may have learned some harsh lessons about clean code, but there's really no better way to learn those lessons. I'm looking forward to your future projects!
I feel like you’re a bit too hard on yourself here. I played the game and felt like the concept was great and the game loop fun. Felt like playing a polished, unbeatable, late alpha version of a real game and not a simple game jam submission . I was impressed by how much work was delivered with the world and the human AI in such a short time. And the devlogs are great ! 👍🏼 Looking forward to play your next games !
Its really cool to see the learning process. It will help me a ton for my own project. Thanks for this quality content, im so hyped for what will come next (can you give us an idea of what it will be ?)
The next project is something I've had in mind for a long time, so I'm very excited. I can't say much more without spoiling it, so see you in 2 weeks !

Thanks! I had no idea that's what people usually do on game jams 😅

You are hard on yourself, you are still learning. And yes, some people try the easy way to win a game ;)
